Set custom prompt codes for targets in the curriculum library
When using least-to-most prompting for certain targets, it is helpful to expand "current prompt" to multiple, specific prompts. Please allow us to set prompt codes in the curriculum library so it does not have to be done for every target for every student.

Prompt code efficiency
When I added a new prompt code, all other prompt codes were wiped. I suggest allowing more prompt codes to be added with out resetting all other codes. This will save my team a lot of time in the future.

Client setting for Automatic vs Manual Mastery
The same way you set Baseline Criteria, Mastery Criteria, etc. when setting up a new client (or editing an existing one), a toggle to set Mastery to Automatic or Manual across targets as a default would be very helpful.
We have differing mastery criteria than can be set in Catalyst at this time, and targets that are not ready to be mastered are auto-mastering without our knowledge, thus reducing practice opportunities for the client and resulting often in the loss of the skill.3 votes -

Simplify data collection for manding and similar programs
Hi, currently, I have to create distinct targets for the title of an activity (e.g. playing with Lego is entered as an anecdotal variable) and, then, quantity targets for spontaneous and prompted requests in order to collect manding data for a 5-minute block of time. It would be great to have a default option that allows therapists to include the name of the activity (it could be from a populated list) and enter frequency information for more than one variable so that I don't have to manually compile this information afterwards. Grouped Rate and DTT Targets
I would like the option to collect fluency/rate data for 6 measures and would only like one timer to start all of timers, similar to "grouped frequency" target type. Right now, I have to start each timer separately.

View all Target Notes at Once in Report
Users want to have a way to see all target notes in one place.
In many cases, target notes are recorded because of problems that arise. It is tedious to look at all targets to find notes.
Target notes should be shown in a central location.

Bulk view IOA data
Is there a way for me to look at a student to see what targets IOA data have been collected and on what dates? B/c the only way it seems like I can view if IOA have been taken is to go target by target. Would be super helpful if I could view, at a glance, all the targets with IOA to determine which ones still need IOA data collected

Entering in Value instead of Trial - Data Entry
Org uses PEAK goals. With that, I want to enter in a direct percentage for each target instead of adding in one trial after the other to achieve the desired percentage.
I suppose, they want it to work as Quantity targets. Enter in a direct value for the data point day.

Allow y-axis of quantity graphs to be changed
Currently, there is no way to change values on the y-axis on a quantity graph. People are now using PEAK and Catalyst, and this seems like the most accurate way to take data using the PEAK system. Without being able to change the quantity, the graph will not go to 100 and will be inaccurate.

Auto open order previous goals
With auto open order, the user would like to have the ability to view the previous goal that was mastered. When clicking on a target that has been auto-opened, they would like to be able to view the previous goal that was mastered before that goal. This could go in the targets history.

Allow bulk changing of target features in the curriculum library
Right now we can only bulk change features of targets in a student file. It would be helpful to be able to do this in the curriculum library
