Adding a new feature called Administer Students to the Administration
It would be nice if we have a new feature added called "Administer Students" in Administration. Right now Clinicians who have rights to Administer Users manage or assign students to their team members also they have rights to manage/setup passwords for other users. It would be nice if there is feature "Administer Students" to manage and assign student to a team member by Clinicians who has rights and "Administer Users" available only to a Administrator System to manage Clinician's accounts and setup passwords.

Record both correct and incorrect responses for frequency and fluency/rate.
Need the option to record both correct responses and incorrect responses when using frequency and fluence/rate. Graph should allow graphing the number of correct/incorrect responses and percent.

Fluency Target Types - Zero out
Catalyst won't allow you to automatically have fluency targets 0 out. This is requiring BCBAs to enter data daily.

Option to score a prompt code as neutral instead of just correct or incorrect (especially assent withdrawal)
This will allow for tracking assent withdrawal as neutral.
This is VITAL for assent-based intervention as it reduces the response cost dramatically for tracking assent withdrawal to an activity.
It is inappropriate to score assent withdrawal as incorrect because we control the environment and if the learner is not motivated for a task that is on us to change the environment to promote the behavior we are looking for.
Data on assent withdrawal enables data-based decisions of when to change a program based on how often the program results in assent withdrawal.

Fluency Graph to display any duration
When we set up a fluency target, you can select any duration (not just the pre-set duration the graphs provide). I want the graph to also allow you to select ANY duration (instead of the current count/minute, count/5 minutes, count/hour options).

probe skills feature
It would be great if we had a first probe feature - to enter a list of probe targets that would open if the client fails the first probe and close if the client performs correctly on the first probe.
I am able to set the baseline criteria to 1 data point to do this but it sets for everything in baseline for the client. I would love a separate feature!

Mastery Criteria Customize
It would be nice if you could customize mastery criteria (number of trials required) for each target. I know that you can change percentage and number of days but some of my clients need different mastery criteria for different skills. I have to go in and manually master some of my 1 trial a day targets because the other skills are 80 % min. 3 trials across 3 days.

likert rating scale
It would be beneficial if you could make "Likert rating scale" a measurement type for goals. The scale would be 1-4. 1 meaning "does not exhibit this skill" and 4 meaning "mastery of skill".

Creating/editing the wording for "goal" under each specific target to "objective". Th
Creating/editing the wording/label for "goal" under each specific target to "objective". This is confusing to everyone especially our RBTs and newer BCBAs when they are inputting skill content as the Program names have "goal" and then specific targets are also labeled "goal". Please change the label under the specific targets to "objective" for easy transfer and understanding.

Maintenance Criteria for Task Analysis Targets
Right now, there isn't a workaround to set a different criteria for TA targets in maintenance to anything other than 100%. I have some TA's where I don't need the skill to maintain at 100% (i.e., a random rotation target of 50 mastered WH questions) so it keeps kicking the target out of maintenance if just one question/step is wrong. I have to master out and close TAs instead, therefore rendering the maintenance feature useless for these types of targets. I'd love to be able to set maintenance criteria individually or if there was a separate function to set TA…

EggThese are not prompt codes but more similar to response codes. How can we create a target type that lets us choose a response code instead of prompt code or add a new target type in the list of target type options?

Expandable Text Box; Target Name, Goal Name, SD
Some users write lengthy target names, goal names or SD's and would like to have a way to expand those text boxes in the setup for a target. Currently, they have to scroll to see everything they've written.

Mastery Criteria for Skill Acquisition
For some programming we measure the number of errors and advance the learner to a new lesson based on a certain low number of errors. It would be beneficial if you could set mastery criteria based on the learner demonstrating errors at or below a certain level.

Having an extra prompt for creating targets with accurate measures
Before clicking to create the target, it saying in a prompt:
"you have chosen DTT, are you sure you want to use this as your measure"
So you do not have to recreate all the targets with the correct measures since DTT is the option that is the default.Select one may work better for target measures!

Failed In Baseline Goes Automatically to On Hold
User would like targets that field in baseline to automatically go to an On Hold status.
User believes that there is too many steps with opening the target and putting it On Hold again, and this will streamline the process.
