Exporting Raw Toileting Data - Time
When exporting toileting raw data, currently it does not export the time of day the data was recorded, though that information is available in the raw data in the portal.

Reports that show the programs that have had maintenance data collected on them with a date range.
I would like to be able to run a report that shows which maintenance targets have had data collected on the recently. In the Reporting Beta, there is no functionality in how to filter the data provided.

TA Count
Since TA counts/data do not show up in reliability exports, percentage for range, or trial counts, it would nice to have a way to see how many TA's were run during a session. Even better if the data was available in a reliability export as well!

Print target list with target notes taken on the app
The only way to view target notes taken on the app is to select Actions for each individual target and view. You can even consolidate and print. This would be helpful for data analysis and progress reports.

Report based on User
I would like to be able to run a report based on a user rather than a student for a given period of time. This would allow me to Audit their reports based on the day they worked and compare them to our scheduling software to confirm times and dates and also to make sure that their notes are synching correctly. Typically our users see anywhere between 2-3 different students in a day depending on the students schedule. Running a report only based off a student would be more work having to filter out the users that I am not…

Daily Reports
There needs to be the ability to run daily reports for skill acquisition targets beyond "DTT" Such as quantity targets (for the PEAK users), frequency, and duration etc.

Client Name and Date Information on Report PDF
The legacy version included client name and date on the daily and weekly reports when downloaded. The beta version does not include this information, so we are having to add this information manually after downloading. I would like to see this information included in the beta reports. In addition, it would be nice if the downloaded PDF file had a name format specific to the date and client name such as "weekly percentage-<client initials>-<date range>"

Create Progress Note Template for Treatment Plan
Create a treatment plan template for authorizations/ re-assessments. Currently I use the "Catalyst Progress Report" and add additional information to it for my clients. It would be nice to save a template for the whole company, with all the extra information...Instead of adding tables for service hours, tables for units being requested, medications client takes, etc...

Analyzing Staff/User behavior
I find that one of the most challenging aspects of using catalyst is that there is no systematic way to analyze staff/user behavior. We are currently using Catalyst in a residential facility where staff follow through and being able to provide accurate, timely feedback is crucial to staff performance.
My suggestion is that Catalyst implement some sort of in depth data analysis to analyze user behavior via the portal. It would be extremely helpful if there were a way to view, by staff member, which targets specifically they have taken data on (and what they scored) over a range of…

Area to see all open/baseline/mastered targets for easy closing/hold/mastery
I would love to have an area to see all programs that are opened, in baseline, or mastered out WITH the ability to edit them right there. For example, I just got a case from another BCBA. It took me HOURS to go in to edit all open/closed/mastered out targets. Currently, you can access a list of these programs, but you then have to go and find them all one by one to make appropriate edits. I believe this will save a lot of time :)

Daily reports with tech names and data points
Run a daily report that state the name of the technicians and data entry times for the full day
This will help with SOAP note reporting clarifications in the case of missing soap notes, as well as viewing data collection effectiveness within specific durations.4 votes -
Editable trend line across date ranges
It would be really helpful to be able to add trend lines that start and end at certain data points in a graph - for example between a certain set of condition lines but not across the full data range displayed on the graph (ex: graph display 3 months and for a portion of those 3 months, I changed something and input condition lines so I want to compare the trend pre and post condition line)

Organization-wide reports
It would be extremely helpful to be able to run a report and see how many programs are open across the organization. Mastery data across the organization, etc. All the reports for overall trends that we have for each student we should be able to see for the organization as a whole.

average trial count
When looking at the trial count for a particular target, it would be helpful to see an average trial count for that window of time.

Entering past data when percent and rate has already been calculated
Current data entry must be entered trial by trial for percent and frequency and duration for rate. I have past data that I want to add to my graphs and am unable to enter the percentages (e.g. 31%, 56% for acquisition targets) and rates (e.g. 0.87 per hour and 2.36 per hour for behavior reduction targets).

Bulk viewing ability for SOAP Notes
I am currently trying to find a way to pull soap notes for a client on a weekly/monthly basis without having to individually click into each note. Our Clinical Supervisors need to review and sign off on soap notes. They usually do this one time per month for each client. If they are needing to click into a separate PDF for each note, this will add a lot of time for them.
