It would be helpful to have the option to download Progress Reports in Word to help on adding information from the company's template for re-authorizations.

I would like to see a report of weekly maintenance or retention for each client. This way is it easy to see if it is being run correctly.

“Save Changes” in Progress Reports Graphs on IPads
When editing graphs in a progress report on an iPad, the “save changes” button freezes rather than saving edits. IPad’s can be used to “save changes” in the skill acquisition or behavior reduction pages, but not the progress reports. Additionally, computers can “save changes” in graphs in progress reports, it is just iPads that cannot. Allowing iPads to “save changes” in graphs in progress reports would increase the feasibility of using iPads.

therapist signature on progress reports
Provide clinicians the ability to insert a handwritten signature into their progress reports (requirement for some funding sources) instead of having to print, sign and reupload the progress report to Catalyst.

Description of Reports
It would be really helpful to have a description of what information the reports are showing. For example, Daily Report > Reliability export. I had to use trial and error to figure out what this is. Turns out it reports the data the current user input for the selected student on the selected day. So this cannot be used to check data across therapists, and it does not report IOA data.

Give Companies Access to Create Custom Progress Note Templates
We have worked tirelessly to create custom Progress Reports for our company. These progress notes require a ton of detailed information that is time-consuming to keep re-entering into reports by hand. Allow companies to create their own templates as you do with Session Notes and SOAP notes and stop charging us for you to build them. This is a feature many other companies offer. My company is currently onboarding with Catalyst and I just found out that Catalyst has just stopped creating custom templates until more people are hired to perform the task. Could you create a report that you can run to show the first and last data point (includes both skills and behaviors) collected per student for each treatment day ?

Baseline Target Reporting
It would be helpful to be able to run a report that indicates the average accuracy of responding during baseline. We sometimes use baseline data to help determine the order in which targets will be taught, so a report such as this would be helpful for that reason.

Weekly Trial Counts Compared to Total Minimum Trials
I would like a way to quickly compare the weekly trial count by the user to the total number of minimum trials I have programmed in for a client. This way I can see how often we are hitting the minimum trials and I can adjust programming accordingly.

Run a report showing key performance indicators.
It would be amazing to run a report for the entire organization that measures clinical key performance indicators or KPI's. For example, % of targets/programs progressing, mastered, regressing.

The option to customize, create, and choose templates for running progress reports. Also, the ability to choose what features you want when running a progress report for a student. Specifically, including valuable information about the rate of acquisition that is viewable on the dashboard.

Be able to view data collected by specific therapist
Be able to view each user's recorded data indicating which student they collected data on each day (versus currently having to look at each individual student to indicate when a student worked with them).

Ability to look at averages between condition lines
It would be helpful if there was an additional average option that calculated the average of data sets within condition lines, so you can see what the average was before a change and how the average changed after a change.

IOA Report for Session
I would love to be able to generate a session-by-session report that gives me a percentage and breakdown of IOA data. This way, I can just plug a percentage into a therapist's monthly evaluation without having to go to each graph.
Example: Both observers take data for 15 minutes. Consultant goes to the report section, clicks IOA data, enters the date and therapist, and the report shows targets run and percent agreement.

User Productivity Report
This report should show trial count for all target types. It only includes DTT, toileting, frequency, and duration target types. It does not include TA, fluency, and quantity targets, which makes it look like no data was collected by the user on a particular day. Depending on how programs are set up, this results in a very misleading report.
