Preserve Reports (Legacy)>Cummulative>Program Completion Report
I want the ability to pull a program completion report that does not pull archieved programs as well.
The current way this report is done (legacy) is the way it should be in beta. There needs to be a way to not pull archieved programs, they are not relevent at the time of reports.4 votes -
Preserve Reports (Legacy) > Weekly Reports > Weekly Percentage
Don't take away the ability to see all targets' weekly percentage or at very least provide a widget that will allow us to scan all of the targets' percent independent quickly to see what needs to be mastered!
Holy moly will this cause massive amounts of time to be wasted if I have to wait for 20 different graphs to load each session.

Report based on User
I would like to be able to run a report based on a user rather than a student for a given period of time. This would allow me to Audit their reports based on the day they worked and compare them to our scheduling software to confirm times and dates and also to make sure that their notes are synching correctly. Typically our users see anywhere between 2-3 different students in a day depending on the students schedule. Running a report only based off a student would be more work having to filter out the users that I am not…

Daily reports with tech names and data points
Run a daily report that state the name of the technicians and data entry times for the full day
This will help with SOAP note reporting clarifications in the case of missing soap notes, as well as viewing data collection effectiveness within specific durations.4 votes -
therapist signature on progress reports
Provide clinicians the ability to insert a handwritten signature into their progress reports (requirement for some funding sources) instead of having to print, sign and reupload the progress report to Catalyst.

IOA Report for Session
I would love to be able to generate a session-by-session report that gives me a percentage and breakdown of IOA data. This way, I can just plug a percentage into a therapist's monthly evaluation without having to go to each graph.
Example: Both observers take data for 15 minutes. Consultant goes to the report section, clicks IOA data, enters the date and therapist, and the report shows targets run and percent agreement.

Time Stamped Reports
Create a time stamped report for all behaviors (skill acquisition and behavior reduction) and users that can be used to submit to insurance companies when you need to show what data was collected in a day for a client.

Reports the run by Therapist/Employee
Under the Admin tab, it would be great if I could run a report by therapist to see what children they worked with in a certain time period. You currently can run that type of report under each student but its time consuming to go through each student to see what therapist worked with them that pay period.

Timesheet Report
Timesheet Report (Legacy) should still be available. We used the Timesheet report to calculate the therapists payroll. When the new version is exported to an excel sheet it is very not user-friendly and hard to work with. Additionally it does not appear with the signatures which our company requires for Timesheets.

Editable trend line across date ranges
It would be really helpful to be able to add trend lines that start and end at certain data points in a graph - for example between a certain set of condition lines but not across the full data range displayed on the graph (ex: graph display 3 months and for a portion of those 3 months, I changed something and input condition lines so I want to compare the trend pre and post condition line)

Organization-wide reports
It would be extremely helpful to be able to run a report and see how many programs are open across the organization. Mastery data across the organization, etc. All the reports for overall trends that we have for each student we should be able to see for the organization as a whole.

Progress Reports in Word
It would be helpful to have the option to download Progress Reports in Word to help on adding information from the company's template for re-authorizations.

Description of Reports
It would be really helpful to have a description of what information the reports are showing. For example, Daily Report > Reliability export. I had to use trial and error to figure out what this is. Turns out it reports the data the current user input for the selected student on the selected day. So this cannot be used to check data across therapists, and it does not report IOA data.

Run a report showing key performance indicators.
It would be amazing to run a report for the entire organization that measures clinical key performance indicators or KPI's. For example, % of targets/programs progressing, mastered, regressing.
