Reduce the number of updates per year. Last year we had 14 updates and this year as of Sep 2020 we have 9 updates.

I would like to mark SOAP Notes as required in bulk in the administration section, along with bulk enabling SOAP Notes for clients.

Upload raw data
When transferring clients from other agencies that may use other data platforms, a way to upload bulk raw data would be extremely helpful in maintaining programming and behavior reduction consistency.

Ability to Transfer Student Cases Between Organizations
This is necessary for continuity of client/student data to be seamlessly transferred between organizations. I am under the impression this ability used to exist, but has not been available or working for over the last year.
Currently, importing and exporting the files does not provide a full overview of the client's raw data on skill acquisition targets, or transfer any behavior reduction data. This ends up needing to be manually entered, in order for the new BCBA to be able to make informed decisions regarding progress.

Restrict access to view license count on students tab of administration
Restricting access to security groups of how many licenses are active in a company's account. Currently, total number of licenses in a group can be viewed beside "Student Case Management." Please make it so that this information can be restricted to users so that only necessary staff have access. Thank you!

New User Default to Specific Students
Currently a new user defaults to see ALL STUDENTS.
This would be a problem if not changed by the person creating the user, and the user being added was a parent for parent access.
It would be better to default to SPECIFIC STUDENTS.

Record of who added, opened, modified, etc targets based off the user and option to record reason of holding, closing, or opening target.
Record of who added, opened, modified, etc targets based off the user. This would help if there are multiple people making changes to targets and would help know who made the change and why.

Multiple Tabs Open At One Time
It would be beneficial to be able to work with two Catalyst tabs open at one time without the system getting confused. When I have two tabs open and try to create new Skill Areas and Targets they transfer to the other tab that is open, resulting in skill areas + targets represented under the wrong client. This could be a major concern because of data transfer.

Expand the parameters on the Admin Bulk Timesheet Report.
I am coming from the perspective of a biller. The Bulk Timesheet Report can be made much better by adding search parameters such as sorting by therapist and allowing to sort by the date the timesheet was entered as well as the date of service. This way if a timesheet was entered after the billing week, there is a method of finding out who are our late people.

Duplicate option in Curriculum Library
When making new goals/targets and new folder of programs within the Curriculum Library it would be nice to have a duplicate option as many programs have 20 - 50 targets.

Multiplier or plus/minus button for manual entry data fields
Currently we have to select a goal and target to add one manual data entry field. If I have a weeks worth of data to enter, I have to repeat this 7 times, which takes up session time. Please consider adding a multiplier or a plus/minus button to populate additional data entry fields of respective goal/target.

When auditing notes that are older, being able to scroll back only once, going back to last note instead of back to the most current date.
When auditing a date range of notes, it would be nice to be able to scroll to the date needed, look at that note, then when done it goes to the date in chronological order opposed to going back to the most current date. It is tedious and time consuming to have to "load more' each time.

Allow for randomization of Playlist targets on the tablet
RBT's are worried about presenting targets in a specific category in order - trial after trial and day after day. The worry is that the client will memorize the order of the targets if presented one after the other, rather than the actual target (EX: Listener Responder target 1-3 is always listed in the same order on the tablet). The RBT must stop after target 1 (ex: Listener Responding), go to another specific target (tacting, or VP/MTS) present that one, then go back to Listener Responding target #2, then go back to VP/MTS target 1).
