Multiplier or plus/minus button for manual entry data fields
Currently we have to select a goal and target to add one manual data entry field. If I have a weeks worth of data to enter, I have to repeat this 7 times, which takes up session time. Please consider adding a multiplier or a plus/minus button to populate additional data entry fields of respective goal/target.

Autosave my work before timeout.
so that if we walk away without saving a new procedure and the log in times out, we dont lose all our typed work

Admin can edit timesheets.
It would be nice if an Admin can adjust a therapists time on a time sheet if there was an error. Something as simple as putting pm instead of am leaves us having to delete a Soap Note/timesheet, rewriting it and getting new signatures. A lot would be alleviated if I could just switch it from pm too am.

Automatically Goal Generated Progress Notes
Create a progress note template that would automatically generate all of the goals entered into catalyst with a comment section next to it. This would allow a BCBA to go through each goal area and leave progress note comments for the team as well as suggestions for growth.

Mobile app preview in portal
I would really like to be able to see the app/mobile view from the portal so I can see what my therapists see. This will make it easier to see all the open targets at once and see the whole picture of the program.

Allow for randomization of Playlist targets on the tablet
RBT's are worried about presenting targets in a specific category in order - trial after trial and day after day. The worry is that the client will memorize the order of the targets if presented one after the other, rather than the actual target (EX: Listener Responder target 1-3 is always listed in the same order on the tablet). The RBT must stop after target 1 (ex: Listener Responding), go to another specific target (tacting, or VP/MTS) present that one, then go back to Listener Responding target #2, then go back to VP/MTS target 1). Publish list of known issues/bugs that are being worked on
Publish a link to an ongoing list of bugs/known issues on the main login page with notes about workarounds. This would save time in allowing clinicians to avoid completing tasks that are only going to result in an error/loss of data.

Document upload section (option to view instead of automatically download documents)
This feature will promote HIPAA compliance by maintaining confidential documents in the web portal (instead of automatically downloading files to each RBT's personal computer).

Choose a specific therapist's data to view
Currently when you split data by therapist under graphing, it shows all therapists' data. I would like to be able to choose a specific therapist's data to view. If there are many therapists who have worked with a client, it gets difficult to decipher whose data lines belong to whom.

Raw data for "time of day" in behavior reduction
Although one is able to view the times of day in the graphs contingent on the times behavior was recorded, we cannot see this in raw data form. This is particularly hard to read when combining behavior reduction targets to view, for example, to get a baseline measure for IRT. If we had this feature, it would be easier to read than trying to decipher multiple times when data points for a variety of behaviors are being compared to one another.

Remind R+ Sound
It would be nice if there was a function to add a sound when the Remind R+ appears. I've had a few therapists forget about things because they weren't looking at the tablet and missed required times for their patients.

Upload an Excel document to an individual program, not library
uploading an excel document to a program and not having to upload it to the library first. so the library isn't filled.

Task Analysis
When creating a task analysis we should be able to view what was created and be able to clone a task analysis target and edit the text with in the target, right now I am taking data on targets written but cannot see what each data point says unless I grab a tablet, so now the table view has more information than the programming dash board.

Auto Save Draft BEFORE Catalyst auto logs you out
Auto Log out DELETE what you were working on? Not any more, vote for an auto save draft function so you don't have to do double work.

Increase contrast in portal UI
Users complaining about the contrast on the portal straining eyes; want increased contrast/night mode.
Also note that it's hard to distinguish between "In Treatment" targets and targets of any other status. Want more contrast between the target statuses.
