Upon login, Users would like to be able to choose which student's profile they see first
After logging into the portal, users would like to be able to choose which student's profile they see first instead of the system defaulting to the first one in the list that the user has access to (and listed alphabetically.) This will decrease any confusion users have about which student's profile they are in currently.

Yes! This poses a huge HIPAA risk because sometimes soap notes or other data are entered without realizing you haven't actually navigated to the correct student by clicking on Go after selecting the student. This risk would be minimized by having a "welcome" page or something of that nature.

I would like to see a dashboard when I first log in, then go to the student section.

Having a "welcome" page that shows basic information of all clients on home screen

Very often I find myself reviewing graphs of the first client in the alphabet before realizing that I had not switched the view to my target client. Others have expressed encountering this issue as well. I think when you log in, you should be prompted to choose a client to review before any information is pulled up.

Agreed! It’s HIPAA compliant. Please bring back drop down box avoids mistakes.

When logging in we would like to be able to select by center instead of it going to the first client of the first center by alphabetical order.

Agreed! I think it is a big HIPAA concern that I'm taken directly to a patient's page based on alphabetical order instead of a drop down menu. What if I'm with a parent of another patient, or someone who doesn't need to see "Aaron Adam's" data!

Please bring back the ability to select the student you want to access after logging in on the log in page.

It would be nice to have the student drop-down menu added back again when logging into the portal.
