Improve functionality of creating SOAP note templates
The SOAP note template builder is clunky and not user friendly. It should be easy to edit a field such as editing a typo in the list of options or adding or removing in list of options. Currently, you have to delete that field altogether and re-enter it. You should be able to archive templates as well. It would be helpful to be able to import questions/fields from one template to another. It would be helpful to have notes/instructions that can be seen by the person entering information into the SOAP but then not show those instructions when downloading/printing the SOAP note. It would be good to have the option of deleting the 'notes' field that is currently mandatory. It would be helpful to be able to indicate with a check box or something which field/piece of information you would like to show on the SOAP overview page in a student's catalyst instead of the default 'notes' field. It would also be helpful to be able to assign SOAP templates to specific students/clients. Also, the organization name should be a default piece of info that gets input at the top of every SOAP along with client name, diagnosis, etc.
