  1. User Productivity Report

    This report should show trial count for all target types. It only includes DTT, toileting, frequency, and duration target types. It does not include TA, fluency, and quantity targets, which makes it look like no data was collected by the user on a particular day. Depending on how programs are set up, this results in a very misleading report.

  2. Trial Count Pecentage for user for Productivity expectation

    A graph to populate for each user that shows their percentage of trial counts based on a productivity level they are expected to meet. (5 trials per 15 minutes is the expectation, they had 30 trials for a 2 hour session= 75%)

  3. Generating reports on specific targets only

    It would be beneficial to the have the option to check off specific targets you want to generate a single report for. For example, if I'd like to see a report that includes separate targets from 3-4 different skill areas, I should be able to do that easily.

  5. Frequency y-axis for Antecedent/Consequent

    For ABC/Event graphs it would be useful to view Frequency on the y-axis rather than % of events, or be able to switch both axis across different options

  6. Report of all changes made in Catalyst on a given day for treatment planning SOAP note

    I would like to see a daily report for all activity in the Catalyst portal including adding new targets/goals, mastering, placing on hold, putting into teaching etc for the purpose of easily populating a treatment planning SOAP note.

  7. Trial Count Percentage for Entire Program Report

    I would like a report that shows the percentage of trial counts completed compared to the total amount of trials set for each target's Desired Daily Trials. So a total of all targets completed trials compared to the total number of Desired Daily Trials for each program.

    It would also be helpful if I could receive a report for each student/tutor which shows what percentage of each target trials were completed each day. That way, I can easily tell if tutors are completing the program and which and how many of each target they did not complete each day.

    Option to look at rate on frequency graphs. Currently, it is very difficult to analyze frequency graphs if the client has varied session lengths.

  11. SOAP notes entering an Audit phase before completing.

    For instance if you wanted to run a random audit check for quality of SOAP notes you could switch it from complete session to send to audit and look over them before they are completed for billing.

  14. Change Dates on Graphs to View Specific Days rather than see every date

    I would like to be able to select what dates I specifically see on a graph so that I only see the dates data was taken and not the dates in between where we did not see a client or observe behaviors.

  16. Sort by current open targets not alphabetically

    current targets (opened) at the top of the list when reviewing a program (mine is set alphabetically). This means I have to scroll to fine current targets so I can click on them to review progress.

  18. Customize Graphs in Progress Report

    For the progress report feature- you are able to pull data from a specified range but the graphs do not display any technical indicators which assist in properly analyzing data. It would be extremely helpful to have the option to bulk add the technical indicators (esp average and trend lines) to all graphs that display in the progress report without having to change each graph individually.
