  1. Option to "mass delete" data

    Data accidentally collected on an interval timer that was left running. Would be great to have an option to 'mass delete' data rather than needing to select each data point one by one.

  2. Reports for parents

    I need to report to the parents at least quarterly, to show them the data in graphical form from which we make our decisions. I need to be able to show all the targets for a single period (monthly or quarterly) and I want to be able to select which targets show on the graph. Rethink does this very well.

  3. Comparative Bar Graphs

    I would like Catalyst to offer the opportunity to combine two bar graphs for two different time selections (1M, 3M, 6M, 9M, 1Y, YTD, etc) on the same graph to quickly be able to illustrate the increases/decreases rather than note each percentage in every report. This would eliminate redundancy in the need to narratively describe so much.

  4. Behavior Reduction Graphs-Recording 0's when no behavior occurs

    Please add an option to record 0 instances of behavior for a behavior targeted for reduction.

    ie: Currently, If a child has 10 instances of a recorded behavior on 2/5 days of the week but 0 the other days of the week, catalyst shows that the child engages in the behavior an average of 10 times per session. When in reality, it should be recorded as 10, 0, 0, 10, 0 and the average would be 4.

    It would be beneficial if we could have the days with 0 data points on the graph, in order to show an accurate…

  5. Change the compare graphs feature back

    The change made to the compare graphs option made it so you cannot select multiple targets at the same time. If you want to compare multiple targets (more than 2) it takes incredibly long and it is difficult and frustrating because the system is finnicky and the drop down menu disappears.

    Go back to the old system where all targets were included in the drop down menu and you can use the control key to select multiple targets.

  6. Add a 'Monthly' version of 'Weekly Trial Counts' and 'Weekly Ratio' reports

  9. allow graphs to be seen by rbt/staff entering data in app

    So, previous programs ive used (and they have had flaws, nothing is perfect), have had graphs be visible after entering in data, i think its helpful for staff to see where our consumer is (in terms of progress, trending up/down)

  11. Total Sum of DTT Trials

    To add a feature in the new Reporting (Beta) tab that includes a sum of total trials for the day in addition to the total number of trails for each target (similar to the 'Daily Trial for Month' feature under the Legacy Reporting tab). Currently, to get the total number of trials, one would have to run the report for each day then add up the sum of each target by hand

  12. Bulk graph download

    It would be helpful to be able to select and then download the graphs for a group of targets. Right now, it's hard to work on treatment plans because you have to go to the program, download the graph, open the file, copy the graph and then add it to the TPU document. Being able to pull all graphs from one program set would really help this.

  13. A way to pull the trial sheet data with the plus and minuses into the SOAP note or to print it separately on the portal

    Make it possible to show/track the trial sheet with the SOAP note show the plus and minus along with the percentage summary.

  14. Allow 2 Separate Data Points on the Same Data Path on the Same Day

    Currently Catalyst defaults to adding 2+ data entries on the same day, displaying a single data point that is the sum of all data points for that day. Several of my clients have long days and short days, so adding the data points together affects goal lines and skews the graph. Split by therapist and AM/PM splits are not helpful for my purposes, displaying multiple data paths, negatively affecting the appearance of the graph and the ability to interpret the data.

  15. Annotations not overlapping each other or blocking the graph

    When having multiple annotations, it will bunch up on the bottom, which causes them to overlap with each other and/or covering the graph.

    Suggestion: Use lines and dots to mark annotations and have a chart below the graph that states what the annotation is (by including date, annotation type, and annotation text/note).

  16. Dashed Trend Line

    Please create a feature to make the trend line dashed in Catalyst!

    It would be beneficial for the trend line to be dashed, so it is easier to read and examine graphs in Catalyst.

    Users can view the target behavior data path with data points on a solid line and more easily see and differentiate the data path from the trend line because the trend line would be dashed and the data path would be solid.

    This would help out a lot of ABA practitioners and improve the user's experience with using Catalyst graphing!

  18. Seeing entire session's data

    The ability to review the entire session's data. This way can see what lessons were ran and whether it was NET rather than clumped together like DTT. As well as to see how the technicians are prompting and conducting overall sessions

  19. Ability to run a progress note including graphs of mastered items with percentages not cumulative.

    Currently there is no way to run a progress report to receive a PDF of graphs including ALL programs with PERCENTAGES from specified date ranges. Currently you can only receive graphs of targets that are open, not mastered targets. You must go in to each program and select the data sources and then copy and paste it into a separate document. It would be very helpful to have this feature so that we are not spending time creating a simple report.

  20. Configuration to allow for PECS data entry for clients using PECS or AAC devices.

    Specifically, allowing a space for technicians to manually input the requested item/sentence starter/etc, a dropdown menu for distance traveled, and a + / - for correspondence checks.

    Each PECS Phase (I - VI) has different criteria; however, the ability to track mands for specific items across the day (e.g., in a variety of locations) would be an ideal first step.

    Please reach out if you would like to see a sample paper data sheet for each of the PECS Phases - I do not see an option to upload supporting documentation with this feature request.
