Checklist Data Collection
Utilizing a checklist or grouped frequency to collect data on a variety of skills (ex: manding) with the ability to add more skills. For example, when used with manding having a list of known mands but the option to write in more so that visual analysis of frequency or rate is more streamlined.
Adding a timer to collect rate would also be ideal.2 votes -
Trial Sheet Widget for Portal Dashboard
It would be very helpful to have a widget that displays the same information as the trial sheet tab in the app on the portal. This would make it easy to see exactly which targets are open for teaching, provide updates on the trials being recorded for that day, and to quickly access graphs.

performance percentages
I think it would be very helpful to be able to see percentages for an entire skill area vs just targets. Many of us report on entire skill area vs individual targets to funders.

Include targets that have been mastered
If you could please include mastered targets in the trial sheet, that would be ideal. An RBT pointed out that targets that we closed out during the session (i.e. mastery criteria was achieved during the session, target was closed, next target was added) do not show up in the trial sheet for the day. The trial sheet is great for daily session notes, but problematic when mastered targets don't show up for that day.

Percentages for prompt levels for TA for graphing
Hi- I'd like to request that prompt levels for TA each have a percentage assigned to them. Independent is 100%, Verbal 80%, Model 60%, Partial physical is 40%, Full Physical is 20%. This way, progress can be graphed more accurately.

Edit teaching instructions while graph is displayed
Be able to view the graph for targets while teaching instructions are displayed. Enable ability to edit the graph and teaching instructions at the same time.

Baseline Tab on Graphs
In the bottom section of the graph where you can do a quick click to view a specific timeframe, it would be nice to have the option to view just baseline. Also, having a "treatment" timeframe which would be MAX - baseline.

Allow Program Descriptions per Target to be entered in the Report
Please allow the details described in each target to be printed in the report. This will allow my RBTs who do not have access to large devices and computers to read my detail descriptions regarding each target. Currently, I have to copy and paste under each graph and target displayed in the Progress Note.

Additional graph function of viewing across sessions/data points
Add the additional graph feature of not only viewing data across time (5 days, 14 days, 1M, 3M, etc.) but ALSO across specific session/data (5 data points/sessions, 10, 15, etc.) so that we as users do not have to count out the number of data points on the graph and then customize the graph length to fit those data points. This would save users A LOT of time

sleep data sheet
Please create a sleep data sheet (I like the specific toilet data option). E.g., Time put to bed, Time fell asleep, Night-time awakening (time/how long), Describe Night-time awakening, Time awoke/got up next day, Naps.

Trial Sheet and Graphs Should be Viewable on Phone
Currently this is only viewable on a tablet but not when the catalyst app is used on a phone. Allowing it to be viewable on a phone would enable greater accessibility to all behavior technicians.

It would be great to be able to pull graphs up on mobile devices
A lot of therapists use their phones to use the catalyst app and it would be great if they can pull up the graphs on their own within the app, so they can see how the data is doing.

Differentiate graphs by prompt level per target/behavior(s)
Please add an option to differentiate by prompt level responses in the graphs/analysis section as an overlay for target/behavior(s).
ie When a target requires multiple levels of prompting, we would be able to either overlay the response levels, or subdivide each point into a bar graph with different levels indicating the required prompts.
I can make a visual for this that would help explain this way better.....

can you please put a request for that as it is a very common ABA procedure. Every clients mastered program needs maintenance
I would like to set a rule that will apply to every client automatically. Once a program is mastered it should automatically be placed on maintenance. Every clients mastered program needs maintenance therefore, I should be able to set a rule under Administration that will apply to all current and new clients.

Time of Day Graphs
Time of Day graphs for data collected with a timer should show the time each behaviour was input/occurred, rather than the time the timer started for collecting data.

Target list with numbers and data
Target list with numbers. I would like to be able to pull a target list with baseline data (percentage or number) and current progress average or number to submit to insurance companies. It takes too much time to go through each target manually.
