Can your system developers program for all Task Analysis not to "save" data "UNLESS" ALL STEPS on the task analysis are filled /selected?
program so that a task analysis data "will not save" UNLESS "ALL" steps on the task analysis are selected/checked. If you can program a Soap note not to save "unless" all required fields are completed , then can we also do this with a task analysis? It will save me time with daily data reviews! Thank you!

Last run target dates
I would really appreciate being able to see within the app a date for the last time a specific program was run so that users are making decisions of what to target based on the last targeted date. Ideally at the program level on the program checklist.

Would it be possible to view the upcoming momentum targets as a preview? It would be helpful if the behavior therapists knew what targets were coming up so that they could gather materials accordingly

Add N/A as a scoring options in a TA
Please add "N/A" as a scoring option for steps in a TA. For example, if a learner is independently using the bathroom and the first step is to open the bathroom door, I'd like to be able to score N/A if the door is already opened.

baseline
Baseline Feature where you can have a list of knowns! Currently programs mastered in baseline are getting mixed into targets mastered in teaching therefore graphs are incorrect and there are multiple empty graphs each progress report printed. If you can please look into differentiating programs mastered in baseline and mastered in intervention that would be great!

Separate Tabs for certain types of programming
Add an option of a separate tab where only certain programs open when you click that tab, similar to the maintenance and baseline tabs. However, allow users to choose what goes under this tab. This will allow for certain programming like all the generalization programs to go here and not intermix with normal programming.
This would function similar to a playlist, but it would be a default setting, reducing loading time on playlists and reducing the time it takes to complete and update playlists.1 vote -
View target instructions
It would help it there was a way to view target instructions in a larger window such as the view program instructions option. The target instructions are some of the most critical information and they are very challenging to view on small devices.

Adding an option for videos to play on a device via the app
With COVID going on and wearing masks, there are many barriers to teaching communication (i.e. echoics and oral motor imitation). If videos can be played via the app (rather than on another device) as video models, it would greatly help with taking accurate data and ease for techs.

Side Tabs for Maintenance, Baseline, and Current Targets
Currently, in order to switch between current targets, baseline targets, and maintenance, the app requires you to exit the session and re-enter, which messes with the flow of the session. It would be helpful if there were tabs on the side, like where the tabs for SOAP notes and Documents are to make switching easy and to ensure accurate data collection.

Option of having videos upload on the app from curriculum.
Have the option of having videos on the app for working on skills. For example, a video of someone eating where the student labels what they see.

This new update is AWFUL
Not only can we not see the number of skills in the child's program like we could before the update, but we have to completely close out of their program to get to their maintenance or their baseline instead of just having a back button like we did before. Because of the update every time we exit targets to get to maintenance or baseline the app closes, and we are losing our notes. Also because our RBT's switch in the middle of the session at our clinic, if we try and do maintenance and it closes out, we don't have…

Insert Pictures into Programs
I would like to be able to insert a picture into a program. This could be used as stimuli for the learner but also visual prompts for the therapist. I am currently inputting programs related to modified sign language and there is no way for the therapist to know the sign without a picture.

Letting each target be customized
Allowing some targets in a patient's program to be set up with cold probe data collection while also allowing some targets to be trial by trial for the same patient's program.

Per opportunity data for skill acquisition
I need a way to collect data that can show an increase in percentage based on the number of opportunities it is presented (incidentally). For example: Tolerating Denied Access. There were 6 opportunities the client was denied access to an item and the client successfully remained safe when denied access for 4 of those opportunities, so 4 out of 6 opportunities. How can we track this on Catalyst? Thanks!

Closed targets used as momentum
I would like to be able to use targets that have been closed either because the skill was base-lined out or progressed through the maintenance schedule, as momentum trials. It shows an option for this in the description when selecting which targets to use as momentum, but the option to choose closed targets isn't available?

Multiple sessions per day
There needs to be a way to discriminate between multiple sessions a day! I have home sessions and school session for a client in one day. The data/behaviors are vastly different but there is no way to view the different times/different sessions. The raw data all comes in for the same day....

Prompt schedules only apply on targets once they are opened.
When prompt schedules are assigned to a target, the prompt schedule will only apply when the target is open. If the target is in baseline or maintenance, the baseline and maintenance prompt codes will be applied to the target.
As of right now, when a target is assigned to a prompt schedule and then placed in baseline, the prompt codes associated with that prompt schedule appear in the app (although they are not color coded).
