Printing programs in editible format
I'm doing telehealth with young children and need to give parents program descriptions since I am coaching them to do programs.
I realize I can get program list with SD at data entry tab, but that's not enough for the families I work with.
Also I will need to edit the program descriptions to remove all jargon and simplify language so it can't be a pdf.

Send email to all active users at one time
Being able to email all active staff "users" without having to copy and paste all the email address would be really helpful. Being able to email by security type would also be helpful so you could email the entire group at one time to inform them all about updates, deadlines or company-wide issues in a single step. Thanks.

Allow for more than 10 Users
Our "student" has 15 staff (some part time) and we have a designated iPad Pro we all use for Catalyst and other daily notes...the 10 user limit has really created a problem for us, please consider adding more users, or this will no longer meet our needs if we need to delete users and relog in before their shift.

The ability to view all data collected on a specific day. Similar to the "trial sheets" view on the app, but in the online portal.

The "daily view" could have an option to view the overall daily percentage for each goal, as well as options to view raw data and split by therapist.

Change the order of custom prompt codes
When you create custom prompt codes after overriding the old prompt codes, it would be great to have an option to arrange the order of these codes.

Provide filters or sort options for forms so that we can view form responses for a specific student, date range, staff, etc.

"Photos" tab added to take pictures of permanent products
Right now there is an option to upload documents from your desktop or videos when using Catalyst mobile/iPad app. Would like to have a new tab for "Photos" so that we can take pictures of permanent products with iPad and save them in to Catalyst.

Client name
The client's name comes up on the list at the beginning; however once you click on them and their targets, it goes away. Name or Initials may be helpful while taking data for sessions in which 2 clients are being seen in a group who have same/similar programming to make sure we are documenting for the correct client.

bulk editing in libary
It would be great to be able to have a way to bulk edit/ view targets in a library you created, or even have a user view that has drop down arrows like when you are on a client

Be able to make your own playlist so you can organize your student items in a way that best fits your session.

Partial/Whole interval timer beep
Have the interval beep and remind staff that the interval has ended even when not in the app. Currently, the app does not beep when you are not in the app, or when your phone is not "awake". It would be helpful it the reminder overrode and reminded as we are using our phones for multiple functions throughout sessions.

Starting and stopping sessions (timer to help with rate)
As a previous Central Reach user, each user was required to start the session [timer] immediately when beginning with a client. With this, you could have rate timers automatically begin with this session and end once they end session and graph data. This is an extremely useful tool because rate data is much more valuable and analytic than frequency. This would also assist fidelity checks and collection of important data to be reported to insurance companies. Solutions for collecting assent withdrawal data
Provide options for collecting assent and assent withdrawal data easily with other data. For example, allow for two sets of "prompt" codes on a skill acquisition target so we could select that assent was withdrawn or prompt level (or both). Then assent and assent withdrawal data could be shown on the graph for each target (with different axis for each if needed).

A way for an administrator to track user changes, such as accidentally deactivating a client.
We had a recent case where someone accidentally deactivated a client in Catalyst, but it is not known who did it. We would like to track that type of information.
