Implement Multi-Factor Authentication Option
As a general best practice we always implement 2FA or MFA on all of our accounts. This is pretty universal for any other software we have dealt with. It would be super helpful to give our clients the same level of security of their data they expect from us by implementing 2FA on Catalyst.

Sample Student without license $$
How about offering a license free sample student as one of the perks of using catalyst! This would enhance the training materials a great deal if we could train insitu, as BCBAs love to do, without having to pay a monthly fee for access!!

A way for an administrator to track user changes, such as accidentally deactivating a client.
We had a recent case where someone accidentally deactivated a client in Catalyst, but it is not known who did it. We would like to track that type of information.

Have the Massed Trials option available in settings in the Portal.
Users would like the ability to take control of their session and not have DTT targets automatically intersperse. Currently, the only way to accomplish this is by setting all targets to the Jump-To target type or to set Massed Trials within the app each session. Users would prefer to be able to set this up in the clients settings in the Portal, instead of instruction each therapist to select Massed Trials.

Allow for a minimum trial count per session/therapist as well as for the entire day.
I would love for the thermostat to be able to inform each therapist if they have done the minimum number of trials regardless of what the therapist before them did. Example: Minimum trials of 5 - RBT 1 completes all 5, RBT sees the thermostat is full so does not run any more trials.

Add error code as a demotion on errorless leaening
I would like to suggest adding an error code that always counts as a demotion in the errorless learning hierarchy. Even though it is not desirable, sometimes clients error even with errorless learning. However, if it is added as a prompt, it will first count as a correct response for new programs. And if it’s not added then there’s no way to track of the child is making errors or not leading to false data. .

IPad- split view
I would love if the Catalyst Mobile app would support split view on the IPad. For example split view would allow you to have the Catalyst mobile app open and you could have safari open at the same time. This would allow me to update programs through Catalyst on safari and then to allow me to check my work by easily accessing the catalyst mobile app. This Youtube video shows what split view on the ipad looks like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nSBZKr5kXYM

Allowing manual syncing via USB port
I have numerous sync issues with items not syncing wirelessly via the server. It seems like having a manual option to sync via usb cable directly to the catalyst site would facilitate some of these issues.

Tagging goals for treatment plans
Tagging feature for treatment planning:
The ability to tag goals is a beneficial feature when populating treatment plans. Although it is not as useful when doing reauths or taking over a new client and you have old goals tagged. Instead of having to navigate to each individual goal to either tag or untag it , it would be helpful to have a tab that allows for you to see all of the tagged goals & you can easily check or uncheck the goal. sync with portal changes
We are finding that when changes are made in the portal, they are not reflected in the app until it gets uninstalled and reinstalled.

type in time/quantiy
Be able to type in a time to graph reported times. For instance, I need to track when the client fell asleep. Ideally for each day of the week I want to type in the nap time and the bed time, and see graphed. Many of our clients have disrupted sleep schedules. I'm sure the ability to type in a quantity would be helpful to measure a variety of things (rather than selecting from a list of numbers). For instance, with a clock, the numbers go to 60 rather than 100.

It would be great if the APP supported all file types on all device brands. Social Stories could be opened on iPad or Android devices without the need of another APP.

Mass Clone/Copy
A way to clone multiple targets at one time. (Currently you can only clone one at a time) It would be nice to enter in an amount of times you want it to be cloned when entering programs that have 100+ targets.

Navigation between baseline and teaching
Is there an easier way to navigate between baseline and teaching sessions in the new app? The only way we've found is to "X" out of one session, go back to the main screen, make sure we're on the same student profile, then select the other session we need. There is lag time in the app and this is cumbersome.

Adding images to receptive identification programs.
It would be nice if for each target you could assign an image field so the technician could just use the app to run the trial. and it could automatically mark it as correct or indirect with an option for the prompt level to be recorded as well

Time zone updates
When the patient's time zone is updated, there is a yes/no option of whether or not to adjust prior data to the updated time zone. If yes, the BCBA can select which data (all, multiple) to adjust.

generate reports
i would like to be able to generate a report with multiple participants informations. specifically i would like to generate these reports from forms that are submitted. so i can group together the data from for students that are in the same district.
