  1. Bulk Timesheet Date Range Report

    It seems that this report is going to eventually be replaced by the new 'Beta Reports'. When exporting to excel, it is very important to keep the "start date and time" and the "end date and time" of each session in separate columns. The Beta Reports are currently putting both times into one cell. This makes it incredibly difficult to use these reports and would cripple our payroll process. Please keep these values in separate cells. We also like having a cell showing the duration of the session.

  2. BCBA Candidate Report

    A report would be incredibly helpful. Even being able to export the BCBA candidate log including all of the elements required by the board. The current RBT log that can be exported has much of the information and that log with some additions this would meet the requirement.

    The following would need to be added for independent hours:

    1. activity category (restricted/unrestricted)

    2. supervisor name (for all entries not just supervised hours)

    The following would need to be added for Supervised hours:

    1. Format of supervision

    2. Fieldwork type

    3. Supervision type (individual/ group)

    4. Activity Category (restricted/ unrestricted)

    5. Summary of supervision activity (feeback, task list…

  3. I need to get a weekly aggregate report of SOAP notes completed across all staff and clients.

    I need a report that aggregates SOAP note completion across students and staff.
    Currently to manage this data we would need to pull each student individually. we use this data to monitor and manage performance of our professional staff. There is already a similar report on techs note completion for both daily and monthly data sets.

  4. report generation for credential expiration

    It would be great to be able to run a report or see alerts of credentials that are going to expire in the next 60-90 days so we can start prompting our employees to renew that certification.

  5. View data for student and employee on same graph

    I would like to be able to compare a student/client's performance on a task with the employee's treatment integrity data on one graph
