  1. Comment Buttons

    Comment buttons, within programs, and behavior data. For example: if I define aggression as: hitting, and kicking. But then the student begins to pinch. It would be nice to have a comment button to write that in to keep track. So if the topography changes we can change the definition. Same thing for skill acquisition. If a tech is seeing specific patterns with programs (e.g. 3 step directions.. begins to always error the first trial) they can comment that so the next tech or behavior analyst can see it.

  2. DTT: Weekly and monthly report

    A daily DTT report can be accessed; however, there isn't a way to analyze it for a longer duration. It may be helpful to be able to run these reports on a weekly or monthly basis. This can be a great tool to use and a review with RBTs and parents who have more detailed questions about data collection and prompts.

  4. How-To Videos

    It would be helpful to be able to link the how to videos to specific trainings we are using. If there was a share link for videos in the support tabs, it would make trainings more seamless for staff.

  5. Change Maintenace Times

    It would be nice to be able to increase the length of time between maintenance probes. For example, first probe one week after mastery, second probe two weeks after probe one, probe three four weeks after second probe.

  7. Record both correct and incorrect responses for frequency and fluency/rate.

    Need the option to record both correct responses and incorrect responses when using frequency and fluence/rate. Graph should allow graphing the number of correct/incorrect responses and percent.

  8. Add the ability to save target instructions for programs in the curriculum library

    The curriculum library is almost useless without the transfer of target instructions. If the issue is HIPAA related, maybe only allowing target instructions to be duplicated in someone's own personal curriculum?

  10. Organization wide report

    It would be extremely beneficial to be able to run a report on our organization, like competitors have. This is the critical reason why we MIGHT be changing from Catalyst. I need to be able to pull reports per teacher, per classroom, per school and for the entire system. I have to report on system-wide data, Catalyst does not allow me to do this for our over 400 students.

  11. Set Zero Out Behaviors to YES as a default setting

    Currently, the default setting for behaviors is NO in terms of zeroing out. I think it would make sense to have the default setting be YES.

  12. Use the same import/export spreadsheet when modifying library targets

    It would be wonderful to be able to Export a library spreadsheet, edit it and then import the SAME spreadsheet vs. having to transfer all the information to the "curriculum sample" spreadsheet.

  13. Behavior and skill data across multiple students

    I would like to be able to run reports across all students to obtain averages for our program. For example, across all students there was an average of 80% behavior reduction and an average of 50% skills gained.

  15. Wet Signature

    Insurance payors are expecting a "wet signature" on all SOAP notes rather than a typed digital signature. BCBAs and BCaBAs most often work on a laptop in the desktop version of Catalyst, not in the app. We need a way to obtain wet signatures from clinicians and caregivers on SOAP notes. Currently the only option is a typed digital signature which is being rejected by insurance payors.

  16. Add the ability to track magnitude of behaviors

    Some behaviors have been tracked by their change in intensity or magnitude, so it would be beneficial to have the ability to do that with a Likert-type scale where we could provide our own definition of each level 1-5 for the behavior's intensity.

  17. Save custom graph settings

    Save customized graph views for each program for a client so that we don't have to create them each time we want to review a graph. Carry these settings over to the progress notes report.

  18. showing maintenance levels on graphs

    It would be nice to be able to see the progression of maintenance levels on individual target graphs, depending on the chosen maintenance schedule. For example, once a target is mastered, if we could see when it enters weekly maintenance, then bi-weekly, monthly, and so on. Currently the graph does not show when it moves up to the next maintenance level.

  19. SOAP notes

    Employees should only be able to see and edit their own SOAP notes. The delete setting and edit setting is set by administrator at this time. However, it is not good when employees can see the session notes and timesheets of others. Please add a feature to security groups that will allow employees to only see their own SOAP notes.

  20. VB-Mapp Transitions Score of 0

    On the VB-MAPP transitions having a score of a 0 if the learner doesn't have criteria for the score of a 1. This will let us show that the VB-MAPP is fully complete and download the report. Right now I have to either leave it blank which won't let me pull the report because it shows my VB-MAPP is not 100% OR I have to give the learner a 1 even if they don't meet criteria.
