Change Maintenace Times
It would be nice to be able to increase the length of time between maintenance probes. For example, first probe one week after mastery, second probe two weeks after probe one, probe three four weeks after second probe.

showing maintenance levels on graphs
It would be nice to be able to see the progression of maintenance levels on individual target graphs, depending on the chosen maintenance schedule. For example, once a target is mastered, if we could see when it enters weekly maintenance, then bi-weekly, monthly, and so on. Currently the graph does not show when it moves up to the next maintenance level.

Automatic progression of prompt levels/teaching steps
A different platform had the ability to set automatic progression criteria which was THE BIGGEST time saver as a BCBA. It was a simple drop down menu from the specific target and you could set specified criteria for each individual goal. For example, if I have a target that is for a client to sit on the toilet for 20 seconds in the absence of CB, I could start the duration at 2 seconds, then set the criteria to move to the next step after 3 consecutive data points of 2 seconds, and the program would automatically move it to…

Bulk change targets on maintenace levels
Can we make bulk changes to targets but with relation to setting them on a maintenance level without editing 1 by 1? For example, I see a bunch of targets that are listed with a status of "closed" but I want to move all of them into daily maintenance.

Arrange Targets in True Number Order
Targets that start with numbers (ex: for the ABLLS assessment) don't sort in true numerical order (1-20, etc). All of the targets that start with 1 are first, then all the the targets that start with 2, etc. It can be avoided by putting a zero in front of everything, but that's not how we naturally number things.

Forward/Backwards Chaining
When a client is working on a chain (example: learning a sequence of numbers like a phone number) it would be useful for staff to see what step the client is working on and progress in real time. This could be similar to the errorless teaching function within catalyst but instead of prompt codes have steps in a chain.

Override Minimum Number of Trials/Day
I would like the desired daily trials (set to each goal) to override minimum number of trials per day (set to each student)
I share catalyst with ST/ABA/OT and we often have different desired trials for mastery. Therefore, we often have to manually master out goals, which is very time consuming

Task analysis step mastery
Have an automatic mastery of steps in TA. When a step has hit the mastery criteria, disable the step and enable next step.

Auto-Open Programs
Have an auto-open order for programs once all targets have been mastered in a single program.

Hold Criteria
Add hold criteria, in which after a certain amount of days with data at or below a specific level, targets are automatically placed on hold.

Change prompt schedule system
The prompt schedule system that catalyst uses causes data collection issues and overall confusion among our staff members. It would be much easier if you had the prompt schedule feature work in tandem with automatic mastery in that when a criteria is met, it would automatically move to the next prompt in the schedule and would not master out the target until mastery criteria was met on all prompts. For example, a prompt schedule could read: Hand over Hand, Wrist, Elbow, Shoulder, Independent. If that prompt schedule was linked to automatic mastery, it could populate a condition line any time…

mastery criteria linked to another
Group mastery. Link the mastery criteria of one target to that of __ number of others. So that when running receptive identification in an array, for instance, one target doesn't master out before the others; Rather, they master out as a set.

Data line connecting over non-data days
I would ask that the data line be discontinuous so as to not connect Fridays data to Mondays.

Minimum Number of Trials Required
Currently, you are only able to set the minimum number of daily trials for a target to be counted toward mastery. It would be beneficial if we could change that number on a by target level, for instances when we have program that has low frequency throughout the day (i.e., certain mealtime behaviors).

Auto progression for prompts to not graph as independent or allow choice
Right now, if you set up prompt codes with auto progression all data shows as independent in the graph making the graph that populates in reports inaccurate. It would be great if there was a button to determine if you want it to plot as independent or not when using auto progression for prompting so graphs would be more accurate

Desired daily trials goes towards mastery criteria
I think it would be helpful for the desired daily trials to override the minimum trial count for mastery criteria. There are some goal that require more trials than others and some goals that don't require as many. So the daily desired amount for each goal should specify what is needed for mastery.

Mark as Known
We would love to be able to enter targets for baseline/probe, and then have the option to mark the target as "known" if it is over criterion in baseline. Currently, the only option is to "master out" the target. This implies that we taught it/mastered it through instruction, and is misleading on reports. However, we want to be able to have these targets in the system so that we can record probe data on them, without having it look like they're "mastered." Also, known targets are good to keep in for discrimination training, while teaching other unknown targets in the…

Generalization setting
I think it would be really beneficial if there were a generalization setting. For example, you could set it so that after the target meets criteria with current materials, it moves to a generalization phase before mastering out
