How-To Videos
It would be helpful to be able to link the how to videos to specific trainings we are using. If there was a share link for videos in the support tabs, it would make trainings more seamless for staff.

SOAP notes
Employees should only be able to see and edit their own SOAP notes. The delete setting and edit setting is set by administrator at this time. However, it is not good when employees can see the session notes and timesheets of others. Please add a feature to security groups that will allow employees to only see their own SOAP notes.

Tab for reviewing daily SOAP notes
I'm actually not sure if this a feature that is already in practice but it would be great if there was a tab where the analyst can view all daily notes written by technicians for all linked clients.
It would also be great if there was a way to track already reviewed notes, perhaps like a "reviewed" button after opening submitted SOAP notes

Allow for a greater number of prompts per programs (e.g., DTT, Task analysis, etc)
In set up - prompt codes, there is a limited number of prompts we can have for DTT, TA, etc. However, we might use different prompts for different programs (e.g., tact vs receptive), so that when we add all kind of prompts use can use across programs, it goes over 8. Ex. Echoic (0s, 2s, 3s, 5s delays), gestural, total and partial physical (also with delay). So, it'd be great if we can have more prompts allowed total per DTT, TA, etc.

Allow One Free Sample Student Account per site for training purposes
This would be super helpful for training staff on Catalyst without having to mess up any real kiddos' data.

It would be great if we could edit the different library entries we save instead of having to create entire new ones

Create a scheduling system inside Catalyst
Having an integrative scheduling system for staff to see their scheduled daily/weekly clients would be a great feature. Having reports for canceled and made up sessions as well as staff having access to worked sessions outside of looking at Soap notes.

Gather Signatures
Gather signatures from BCBA SOAP notes if they are doing remote session or supervision so when the RBT goes in for session they can have the parent sign it instead if it being missing. Also, creating a button to where the name of the person who is signing the note displays on top or below the signature. If the rbt can not get the signature for which ever service is rendered for there to be a button to skip signature to have it be saved and next session for it to appear when rendering the service.

Baselines and Set-up
I would like to be able to track baselines across a targeted number of days as a default setting.
Additionally, you guys are zeroing out targets and not zeroing out behaviors as a default setting. Can we change that? I would not record data as 0 for a target I didn't run, but need a way to automatically record 0 behaviors without having to go case by case to make sure everyone has this setting checked.2 votes -
Fix Log In Issue
PLEASE fix the issue where we cannot log into the browser, both from Chrome and on Safari, without having to clear the cache. Sometimes this doesn't even work and I spend 15 minutes just trying to log in.

Supervisor Signature + Approval Option for SOAP Notes
Having an option to have required supervisor approval + signature on soap notes for a security group. This will be helpful especially for insurance audit purposes.

security rights glossary
A more detailed security rights glossary would ensure that staff were given proper access and all needed areas were checked. Right now it only explains the overall heading.

add clients age to the portal
Hi as a supervisor who checks my agency's Bcba's portals it would be very beneficial to have the client's date of birth somewhere in the portal. thanks so much-just makes it easier to get an understanding of the client and to assess if goals are age appropriate...etc

Program Instructions - Curriculum Library
It would be helpful to have an area in the Curriculum Library to enter Program Instructions. Right now, you can only enter in Target Instructions (under column heading Notes in sample spreadsheet) but that is the information that typically is individualized for different students. Program Instructions are goals that typically don't change across students and it would be helpful to not have to enter this every time.

Add an option to password-protect personal libraries
Catalyst allows you to create personal libraries for developing your own curriculum. Adding a passcode option can promote ethical practices by protecting your work from being used by others in your organization without your knowledge or consent.

Adjust browser when screen splitting screen
When splitting your screen in half, Catalyst browser should adjust to fit the new screen size.

USER Administration Tab
When searching for a Client USER in the Administrative Tab under USER ; should have a magnifying glass on a corner of the box, to easily submit the USER Name and pull up their respective USER profile. Currently, there is no way to search for the USER without going through all the USERS for an Organization

Report for User Activity within the Portal
I would like to be able to run a report that shows what my administrators have done in the portal for the day. I would mainly like to see what targets they built/mastered/opened without having to go target by target and kid by kid.

Target Instructions for Curriculum Library
When uploading a curriculum library, there should be a section on the spreadsheet that uploads the "target instructions."

Need the ability to sign a SOAP note through the computer or to have a signature on file that generates rather than a text digital signature.
