Automatically place targets on hold when archiving
Generally when a program is archived it's to clear the screen for current targets. Sometimes when one BCBA takes over for another they will revamp the students program and archive the targets that were in use and replace with their own. These archived targets show up in the app when running sessions unless they are manually deselcted by the provider running the session or closed by the BCBA designing the program. I would like targets that are selected for archiving to be automatically placed on hold (if they haven't already been mastered or closed) so that they don't remain available…

Bulk Changes in Curriculum Library
I would like the option to have bulk changes for Curriculum libraries. I don't like having to go to each target individually to make changes to notes, auto open order, daily trials.
It would look like the bulk edit feature to look like the Bulk Changes feature under the Skill Acquisition tab.

Autosave my work before timeout.
so that if we walk away without saving a new procedure and the log in times out, we dont lose all our typed work

True NET (Natural Environment Teaching)
Be able to track generalization.
Under mastery criteria or within maintenance have a requirement of performance across different settings?
It would be nice to have that feature where the technician could then check a box with some predetermined locations and you could then see if they are able to maintain the skill under different stimulus conditions.

Admin can edit timesheets.
It would be nice if an Admin can adjust a therapists time on a time sheet if there was an error. Something as simple as putting pm instead of am leaves us having to delete a Soap Note/timesheet, rewriting it and getting new signatures. A lot would be alleviated if I could just switch it from pm too am.

Generalization Targets
Allow 'Generalization Probe' target option along with option to baseline target. Generalization Probe would put the target into baseline, and then if it fails baseline, would re-open after mastery of another target which you specify. For example, you could open a regular training target for receptive ID (e.g., Picture of a Dog) and generalization probe target for the tact given the picture of a dog to assess generality across operants.

Set Mastery Criteria for Behavior Reduction Targets
Is there a way to set a mastery criteria for Behavior Reduction? For example: " Aggression is below ______ (frequency, duration, % of interval) for 3 consecutive days".
Also can this feature be displayed on a "widget" under Overview/Dashboard for the students snapshot.7 votes -
Auto Save Draft BEFORE Catalyst auto logs you out
Auto Log out DELETE what you were working on? Not any more, vote for an auto save draft function so you don't have to do double work.

Manding/Requesting Target
It would be very helpful to have some form of target specific for requesting that would have one target with a bunch of different targeted requests. Data would populate in graph for each particular request as well as overall progress for prompted and independent.

The field of ABA needs to grow beyond student-specific measurements and into progress and success as a company. An easy start is to pull and analyze data across a company, teams, students, etc.

Preserve Reports (Legacy)
Preserve Reports (Legacy)! The following 3 reports are crucial to our company and we need it in the exact same format as it appears in Reports (Legacy).
1. Timesheet Report (Our administrators export a monthly timesheet and sort it by date to calculate the therapist's payroll.) When you export the new (Beta) version to a CSV it is very hard to work with and it doesn't include signatures which our company requires.

Mastery Criteria of 3 consecutive sessions instead of 3 consecutive days
I think it would be a good idea to add an option of mastery at 3 consecutive sessions in place of three consecutive days. Although I review the data weekly there are some targets that are masted at the beginning of the week but stay open because there is not an automatic mastery criteria of 3 consecutive sessions. This means that if my client has sessions Wednesday, Friday and Monday and received 80% or higher each session it still isn't being marked as mastered because it's not 3 consecutive days.

data entry
It could be helpful to have a way to take data on the computer in the same format as the app, i.e. have a mock version of the app we can bring up on the computer rather than the tedious data entry tab, especially if we could split screen the computer and have multiple students up at the same time, if a staff has two students at a time.

Daily Behavior Counts on Widgets
Could you please create a widget which reports "Behavior Counts Today" in the same way "Trial Counts Today? This would be very helpful widget to ensure staff are collecting behavior data correctly!

Generalization setting
I think it would be really beneficial if there were a generalization setting. For example, you could set it so that after the target meets criteria with current materials, it moves to a generalization phase before mastering out

Customize progress reports and templates
The option to customize, create, and choose templates for running progress reports. Also, the ability to choose what features you want when running a progress report for a student. Specifically, including valuable information about the rate of acquisition that is viewable on the dashboard.

Skill area progress
I think it would be very helpful to be able to pull up percentages and graphs for an entire skill area vs just targets. Many of us report on entire skill area vs individual targets to funders.

Multiple Tabs Open At One Time
It would be beneficial to be able to work with two Catalyst tabs open at one time without the system getting confused. When I have two tabs open and try to create new Skill Areas and Targets they transfer to the other tab that is open, resulting in skill areas + targets represented under the wrong client. This could be a major concern because of data transfer.

Duplicate Goals
Add a way for Catalyst to recognize when duplicate goals are added to a program and warn you that you are about to add a duplicate
