Rate Behaviors
Is there a way to add a feature for the rate instead of having to enter the start and stop time. Would it be possible to manually enter the time as there have been instances when the timer has not been started by the RBT. I would like to see a feature where we can input the start and end time for the student's schedule.

Do not zero behaviors when session don't occur
Behaviors are being zero-ed out for days when session is not occurring. It is zero-ing behaviors when treatment planning or parent training sessions are conducted. For example: the BCBA does treatment planning, records a SOAP note, and the behaviors automatically zero out, even though no direct session was held.

put in duration time, rather than track in real time
Would love the ability to be able to enter the specific time or amount of minutes for duration rather than only using timer. My staff cannot always turn the timer on and off as a behavior is occurring. I would love to be able to type in the start time and end time of the behavior and have it graphed by total duration per day/per session or per occurrence.

Security Levels for SOAP Note Templates
It would be nice to have more security options within the SOAP note feature. For example, you could create a SOAP note template that only BIs can view on the app. Additionally, they can only view completed SOAP notes that used that template. Then, you could create a template for use by supervisors or directors. These individuals could view SOAP notes that were written by staff within their security level or lower (for example, they could view all SOAP notes written by BIs but BIs couldn't see SOAP notes written by a higher security level). Saving drafts for SOAP note documentation
Hi, can you please make a modification to the Data Entry > Form Entry > SOAP Note Documentation and make it so that you can save a draft? It's very frustrating that the site will time out and an entire note will disappear.

Soap Note Header/Footer
I want to be able to add a footer to the SOAP note so that if the SOAP note covers more than one page when printed, there would be identifying information on both pages.
We have to print and submit SOAP Notes prior to billing for some of our clients. When the notes are more than one page, it does not have any identifying information on any page other than the first one.
I would like it to have the client name, DOB and DOS

Turn on SOAP Notes for Students on Admin Level
It would be great to have the option to turn on SOAP Notes as a default on the admin level, rather than having to go to each individual client to turn the setting on.

SOAP Note Portal Signatures
Ability to add in a signature to a SOAP note created in the portal. Clinicians (BCBAs) are often working off of a laptop rather than a tablet, when in the field supervising clients and staff.

Instead of having to download the pdf everytime, I want to see the skill and behavior data when I view a SOAP Note under Documentation > SOAP Notes.

The same report Days Without Notes creates for regular notes, but with SOAP notes instead.

Playlists Order Alphanumerically by Title
Currently, Playlists titles do not sort alphanumerically even though other titles in the portal do. This interferes if I want to setup a Time Order for playlists.

"Therapist" field on SOAP note - text change
On SOAP notes, at the top of the Report, an area titled "BCBA: " lists a therapist that was there during session. However, not only BCBAs administer ABA services.
The user would like a text change to say "Lead Analyst" or something more broad for accuracy when sending this information to insurance

Target List - Print as PDF
In Analysis & Reporting > Target List > user has the option to print out the target list directly from the portal, or export an Excel File.
It's not helpful because it includes the left hand menu, which cuts off columns on the right side.
User instead would like to have a PDF export of just the target list information similar to the Excel version.
