Allow One Free Sample Student Account per site for training purposes
This would be super helpful for training staff on Catalyst without having to mess up any real kiddos' data.

VB-Mapp Transitions Score of 0
On the VB-MAPP transitions having a score of a 0 if the learner doesn't have criteria for the score of a 1. This will let us show that the VB-MAPP is fully complete and download the report. Right now I have to either leave it blank which won't let me pull the report because it shows my VB-MAPP is not 100% OR I have to give the learner a 1 even if they don't meet criteria.

Tab for reviewing daily SOAP notes
I'm actually not sure if this a feature that is already in practice but it would be great if there was a tab where the analyst can view all daily notes written by technicians for all linked clients.
It would also be great if there was a way to track already reviewed notes, perhaps like a "reviewed" button after opening submitted SOAP notes

Allow for a greater number of prompts per programs (e.g., DTT, Task analysis, etc)
In set up - prompt codes, there is a limited number of prompts we can have for DTT, TA, etc. However, we might use different prompts for different programs (e.g., tact vs receptive), so that when we add all kind of prompts use can use across programs, it goes over 8. Ex. Echoic (0s, 2s, 3s, 5s delays), gestural, total and partial physical (also with delay). So, it'd be great if we can have more prompts allowed total per DTT, TA, etc.

Edit library items
It would be great if we could edit the different library entries we save instead of having to create entire new ones

Bulk selection of students- maintenance criteria
Is there a way to do a bulk selection of students if I am giving them all the same "maintenance criteria"? (Vs doing each student individually)

Reliability Export
Can we sort by time? It would be more helpful to sort by time programs were run to check productivity.

Ability to change target type
Wouldn't it be great to have the ability to change the target type?! This would be beneficial if someone accidentally chose the wrong target type, instead of having to delete and re-enter the new target! This would also be beneficial if the data was being taken incorrectly but you do not want to lose the data that has already been taken.

Scatter plot graphs to see the temporal distribution of the behavior
Have the option of a scatter plot graph to see if there is a specific time each day that more behaviors are occurring. The only way to see time is exporting the raw data, but giving an option on Catalyst to see if there is a correlation with time and behavior.

Viewing SOAP notes only
I would like to be able to give a security group (parents) access to SOAP notes ONLY, without them having access to the overview section.

Allow options to see tenths and hundredths on data points on the behavior graphs
On the behavior graphs if a behavior is happening at very low rates, it will often show 0 on the graph, but will not be on the 0 line of the X-axis. We need the option to show tenths and hundredths on the graph so we can see what the true data points are. Currently, you can only find out the data point if you hand calculate the raw data.

Add Session Duration to SOAP Note Report
It would be helpful if the SOAP notes report included the total duration of the session similar to the Timesheet report.

I want to be able to add the same note or annotation to multiple rate times at once.
For example: If someone forgets to turn on or off the rate timers I would like to be able to as the note : (date: rater timer started late at 11:am) and apply it to all behavior graphs.
Currently I have to open each one, select the type of note, add the note, and select the date. It takes a little longer than it needs too-especially since adding any note has decent risk of being buggy.

Include Instructor name on Frequency Targets Raw Data excel file
I would like to see the instructor that registered the target measurements in the frequency targets raw data excel files.
Currently, this information is available on the "User" column of the modal that is opened on catalyst portal, but it is not present in the exported excel file.

Bulk Soap Note Export to Excel
Hi, The Soap notes report (which Catalyst is saying will replace the Bulk Timesheet report feature) needs to include a "total time" column just as the timesheet report did. Additionally, it is extremely important that a column for POS and session type be included as well. All the aforementioned columns are needed to effectively and efficiently run payroll and submit the billing to insurance. Thank you.

Create a scheduling system inside Catalyst
Having an integrative scheduling system for staff to see their scheduled daily/weekly clients would be a great feature. Having reports for canceled and made up sessions as well as staff having access to worked sessions outside of looking at Soap notes.

Supervisor Signature + Approval Option for SOAP Notes
Having an option to have required supervisor approval + signature on soap notes for a security group. This will be helpful especially for insurance audit purposes.
