Forward/Backwards Chaining
When a client is working on a chain (example: learning a sequence of numbers like a phone number) it would be useful for staff to see what step the client is working on and progress in real time. This could be similar to the errorless teaching function within catalyst but instead of prompt codes have steps in a chain.

Export Raw data for Multiple Targets
I would like to be able to export raw data for multiple behaviors/skills at once to a spreadsheet format. Right now I have to export them all separately and copy and pasting them into one document.

Organization Settings: Unable to change state name for Canada
The update to the organization settings under the Administration tab does not allow users to choose a state for Canada nor does it have an "other" option so they have to choose the incorrect state. The "State" list will only pull up U.S. options.

Average # of days/trials Decimal Suggestion
average # of days/trials for programs truncate at 2 decimal places. For instance, I think it would be sufficient to know that targets are mastered in an average of "5.57" days vs. "5.571428" days...the extra #s just make it seem messy and that sort of precision is really not necessary to the average consumer

I would like the SOAP Note feature on portal to have a search bar/ filter available to look up SOAP Notes and show up in chronological order.

Graph Comparisons - Toileting Targets
Currently, toileting targets cannot be compared using the Graph Comparison feature.
I would like to the ability to compare two or more toileting targets at once.

Print Notes - Only Print Filtered Notes
I wants to print all my daily notes for a student, but I can only view notes I have taken show up. However, when clicking "Print Notes" next to Note Management it simply prints all notes taken for the student.
I would like it to print only her notes, as the filter shows.

Failed In Baseline Goes Automatically to On Hold
User would like targets that field in baseline to automatically go to an On Hold status.
User believes that there is too many steps with opening the target and putting it On Hold again, and this will streamline the process.

Option to Zero Out specific programs
instead of just the option to zero out targets as a whole, she would like to be able to select specific programs to zero out, while excluding others from doing so.

FA Graphing Features- Individual Behavior Graphs/Cumulative of all Behaviors Per Condition
For the Functional Analysis feature currently if you select multiple behaviors to take data on during the FA, when it graphs them you can only look at each behavior per condition on separate graphs.
I would certainly like to see each behavior graph individually, but it would also be beneficial to have a cumulative of all behaviors graphed per condition. So in the drop down tab on the graph to have each individual behavior as well as a cumulative behaviors.

Better Target Grouping for Average Trial Counts Report
Currently reports in Analysis & Reporting > Reports > Cumulative Reports > Average Trial Count Report returns a list of targets/programs in a order that's not easily discernible.
I would like to have it grouped either alphabetically, or by Skill Area > Program.

Grouped Rate Target
Grouped frequency hasn't worked for me because sometimes session durations might vary.
For example, if one session is one hour and the client mands 5 times, vs. a two hour session in which the client mands 5 times. The rate would be different (5/hr. vs. 2.5/hr) and this is not reflected in the data/graph automatically.
It would be helpful to be able to group rate acquisition behaviors like how behaviors can be grouped for frequency"

Exclude Low Trial Days for TA Graphs
I want to be able to Exclude Low Trial Counts on Task Analysis Graphs.
Currently, the option is available in Chart Settings, but won't exclude low trial counts for TA targets even if they didn't exceed the Desired Daily Trial count.
