Allow 2 Separate Data Points on the Same Data Path on the Same Day
Currently Catalyst defaults to adding 2+ data entries on the same day, displaying a single data point that is the sum of all data points for that day. Several of my clients have long days and short days, so adding the data points together affects goal lines and skews the graph. Split by therapist and AM/PM splits are not helpful for my purposes, displaying multiple data paths, negatively affecting the appearance of the graph and the ability to interpret the data.

Baselines and Set-up
I would like to be able to track baselines across a targeted number of days as a default setting.
Additionally, you guys are zeroing out targets and not zeroing out behaviors as a default setting. Can we change that? I would not record data as 0 for a target I didn't run, but need a way to automatically record 0 behaviors without having to go case by case to make sure everyone has this setting checked.2 votes -
Black and White Graph Trend Lines Should Not Have Dots On Them
When you change a graph to a black-and-white graph and input a trend line, it shows the trend line with dots on it. This can occlude the data on the graph and make analysis more difficult. Furthermore, certain funders may request graphs be in black and white. Having dots on the graph indicates that there is data on this line rather than being a visual tool to aid in analysis. I am requesting that this be changed so that the trend line is solid without any dots on it.

Fluency Target Types - Zero out
Catalyst won't allow you to automatically have fluency targets 0 out. This is requiring BCBAs to enter data daily.

Gather Signatures
Gather signatures from BCBA SOAP notes if they are doing remote session or supervision so when the RBT goes in for session they can have the parent sign it instead if it being missing. Also, creating a button to where the name of the person who is signing the note displays on top or below the signature. If the rbt can not get the signature for which ever service is rendered for there to be a button to skip signature to have it be saved and next session for it to appear when rendering the service.

Fix Log In Issue
PLEASE fix the issue where we cannot log into the browser, both from Chrome and on Safari, without having to clear the cache. Sometimes this doesn't even work and I spend 15 minutes just trying to log in.

Specific annotations only showing up when viewing designated behaviors
When adding an annotation I have the option to choose where I want that annotation to go (i.e. checking specific behaviors or skills targets). However, when I view just one behavior, I can still see the annotations that do not necessarily pertain to that behavior even though I checked a particular one. For example, I put a phase line in to show when we started tracking a new behavior. I checked off to only have that apply to the new behavior. But when I view the behaviors we had previously been tracking, the phase line shows up in those graphs…

Option to score a prompt code as neutral instead of just correct or incorrect (especially assent withdrawal)
This will allow for tracking assent withdrawal as neutral.
This is VITAL for assent-based intervention as it reduces the response cost dramatically for tracking assent withdrawal to an activity.
It is inappropriate to score assent withdrawal as incorrect because we control the environment and if the learner is not motivated for a task that is on us to change the environment to promote the behavior we are looking for.
Data on assent withdrawal enables data-based decisions of when to change a program based on how often the program results in assent withdrawal.

FULL Daily Sheet with all recorded data & time stamp by each therapist and session time on Desktop & Mobile
It would be extremely beneficial if there was a way each therapist can view in one document their data (DTT, Frequency, Behaviors, Note etc) they took within the session. Also, for this sheet to have a therapist inputed timestamp so the therapist can connect the sheet to a SOAP note. This should make writing SOAP notes more efficient since they have all the information on hand and not remembering from a long session. Also, if a client has two therapists in one day, the data would be split and organized so that writing SOAP notes / tracking who did what…

Graph dates format option mm/dd/yyyy
Graph date formats are outlined by mm/dd/yy. Insurance companies are requesting dates be outlined by mm/dd/yyyy. They currently have not denied anything due to graphs not having that date format but they have for other areas of treatment plans. My concern is they will become more picky and require the mm/dd/yyyy format to also be on graphs.

Changes to the feedback and suggestions page
*There is no way to be able to (re)view all of the suggestions out there. That means that there may be some incredible ideas that are not getting votes.
*I'd also like to see which suggestions are being reviewed, by Datafnch and which have been rejected.
*I love the fact that when I go to submit a request I get to see several requests that could be a match for what I want. It would be great if the categories had a dropdown menu for standard categories. That would facilitate searching existing topics.

Include report titles/headers in Beta reports (report name, client, etc.) like the Legacy reports.

Center wide weekly average number of trials run
A form that states the average number of programs run for the all clients for week at the Center. If possible, due to multiple centers, having this done at each center (Sort by students).

Choose Goals to Zero Out under Skill Acquisition Tab
I would like the be able to choose the goals that get automatically zeroed out under the skill acquisition tab. It is easily forgotten when needs to be done manually however, there are times where the target is not ran during the session and so no trials should be recorded not even zero for duration skills.

Bulk change targets on maintenace levels
Can we make bulk changes to targets but with relation to setting them on a maintenance level without editing 1 by 1? For example, I see a bunch of targets that are listed with a status of "closed" but I want to move all of them into daily maintenance.

Program Instructions - Curriculum Library
It would be helpful to have an area in the Curriculum Library to enter Program Instructions. Right now, you can only enter in Target Instructions (under column heading Notes in sample spreadsheet) but that is the information that typically is individualized for different students. Program Instructions are goals that typically don't change across students and it would be helpful to not have to enter this every time.

security rights glossary
A more detailed security rights glossary would ensure that staff were given proper access and all needed areas were checked. Right now it only explains the overall heading.
