Hi as a supervisor who checks my agency's Bcba's portals it would be very beneficial to have the client's date of birth somewhere in the portal. thanks so much-just makes it easier to get an understanding of the client and to assess if goals are age appropriate...etc

Arrange Targets in True Number Order
Targets that start with numbers (ex: for the ABLLS assessment) don't sort in true numerical order (1-20, etc). All of the targets that start with 1 are first, then all the the targets that start with 2, etc. It can be avoided by putting a zero in front of everything, but that's not how we naturally number things.

Report for User Activity within the Portal
I would like to be able to run a report that shows what my administrators have done in the portal for the day. I would mainly like to see what targets they built/mastered/opened without having to go target by target and kid by kid.

Add an option to password-protect personal libraries
Catalyst allows you to create personal libraries for developing your own curriculum. Adding a passcode option can promote ethical practices by protecting your work from being used by others in your organization without your knowledge or consent.

Integration of pre-existing VB-MAPP licenses
Catalyst only recently added VB-MAPP online. Of course this does not mean that we all as providers just began using it. So for all of us with full caseloads of pre-existing clients that we would love to sync with Catalyst, it's inconvenient to be told that the only way to do so is to purchase new licenses through Catalyst.

USER Administration Tab
When searching for a Client USER in the Administrative Tab under USER ; should have a magnifying glass on a corner of the box, to easily submit the USER Name and pull up their respective USER profile. Currently, there is no way to search for the USER without going through all the USERS for an Organization

Pulling report data across multiple clients
The field of ABA needs to grow beyond student-specific measurements and into progress and success as a company. An easy start is to pull and analyze data across a company, teams, students, etc.

It would be nice to be able to visualize the percentage of targets failed in maintenance over time to look for correlations with life events.

automatically save SOAP notes in progress in portal
Please don't make me click on "save draft" while I'm entering a SOAP note on my computer before the screen times out. If I add a SOAP note in data entry as long as there is ANYTHING entered it should automatically save as a draft- especially if the screen/login times out. I can't tell you how many times I've been interrupted while mostly finished a note and then it's gone as I address the problem I'm interrupted by. Please just auto-save as a draft no matter what.

Have the trend percentages (up, down, flat) reflect only open target data under student statistics. This would be a really good indicator of current progress and provide additional information regarding the rate of skill acquisition

Target Instructions for Curriculum Library
When uploading a curriculum library, there should be a section on the spreadsheet that uploads the "target instructions."

Override Minimum Number of Trials/Day
I would like the desired daily trials (set to each goal) to override minimum number of trials per day (set to each student)
I share catalyst with ST/ABA/OT and we often have different desired trials for mastery. Therefore, we often have to manually master out goals, which is very time consuming

Include service code and POS in timesheet
We need the place of service and service type/code in order to bill. When we download the report, it does not include this very important piece of infromation, requiring us to manually open every single session note. Please, the functionality of catalyst is greatly compromised due to this.

Preserve Reports (Legacy)
Preserve Reports (Legacy)! The following 3 reports are crucial to our company and we need it in the exact same format as it appears in Reports (Legacy).
1. Timesheet Report (Our administrators export a monthly timesheet and sort it by date to calculate the therapist's payroll.) When you export the new (Beta) version to a CSV it is very hard to work with and it doesn't include signatures which our company requires.

Have an automatic mastery of steps in TA. When a step has hit the mastery criteria, disable the step and enable next step.
