Show which number trail I am on
I wish instead of the little green bar it was say 2/10 trials completed. Its really hard to tell how many trials I have left and it would be much easier to plan out sessions if I could simply see how many trials I have completed rather than trying to discern that by looking at a green bar.

Request for Student Code Feature To Be Available on Updated App
Users would like to see the same feature we used to have of having students codes be listed following logging into the app vs the students first and last names as an extra layer of privacy.

Save Draft Feature on Computer
It would be nice to have the ability to save a draft of the SOAP note when using a computer. This feature is available via the app, but not on the actual website. Most supervisors complete SOAP notes from a computer rather than a tablet, so this feature would be extremely helpful

History of edits on SOAP notes
When SOAP notes are edited by their author, it would be helpful if there was a way to show that they were edited and what was edited in the note.
5 votesEdits to SOAP notes as well as the user that edited them and the date and time stamp for these edits can be seen by going to Documentation > SOAP Note > Actions > Activity Log to view these changes now. Thanks for the feedback!

Header/Footer Options for SOAP Note Printouts
It is a requirement for insurance to have name and birthdate on all pages of a printed SOAP note. Can we please have header/footer options available on SOAP notes? It would also be great to select which info is displayed in the header/footer due to ever-changing payor requirements.

When on the mobile app, it would be helpful to have the option to display student's contact information and/or emergency contact list.

Add a way to run a soap note report to pull all soap notes for your organization rather than having to pull per client.

Be able to manually enter in date and time into behavior section of date entry
Be able to manually enter in date and time into behavior section of date entry. Write now you have to find date on the calendar and adjust time by pressing the arrows. It would be nice to be able to manually enter in the numbers for the date and time.

sync button
It would be helpful to have a button at the login page to manually force the app to sync new items. Sometimes it takes a long time between a change on the website end to sync to the app.
15 votesOur new Catalyst app has a manual "sync" button that will update any changes made to that student from the portal onto the app and can be pushed when ever needed (limit of every 5 minutes). Allow Multiple SOAP Note Templates to be Created (i.e. Direct Treatment/Parent Training/Assessment/Modification)
With insurance companies constantly wanting more information for services rendered, it's imperative that documentation be as specific as possible. Currently, Catalyst allows just 1 SOAP note template to be generated under the SOAP NOTES section and all other notes/forms must be generated in the FORMS section. This can be confusing for therapists to have to go to more than one location for SOAP notes. We would like to generate templates for Direct Treatment, Parent Training, Treatment Plan Modification and Assessment. Separate SOAP note templates eliminates confusion, clearly documents services rendered with specific time in and out for said services and…

Auto correct feature
Prior to the upgraded version of SOAP notes, there was an auto correct feature. Since the new update, the auto correct doesn't work anymore and there are some interesting typing errors as of late!

Preview Feature in SOAP notes for all SOAP note templates
All SOAP note templates should include a "preview." Our original SOAP note templates show a preview but our new, Supervision SOAP note template does not generate a preview and it shows up blank

Delete entries that are standard created by Catalyst and/or modify wording of standard entries to conform with requirements of funding sources (insurance companies).

SOAP NOTES ARE REQUIRED
With Insurance companies - requiring session notes; Catalyst should REQUIRE them as well. Please make some type of feature where agencies cane set them as required and the screen cannot be bypassed; data won't save, etc...etc... if therapists do not fill out the note.

Separate SOAP note for sessions
Allow for each session to create a separate SOAP note. i.e. a patient may have 2 separate sessions in a day with the same therapist. Allow the data to only be pulled from that session time, not the entire day.
