Set up target instructions to be in the same format that is entered in the web portal
The target instructions currently are uploading as a paragraph format regardless of how they are input into the web portal. RBTs have requested that the format match what is in the web portal (list options, bullet options, multiple paragraphs separated by a break, etc.)
4 votesThis was a bug in the new Catalyst app that was corrected in version 20230504.4. Now target instructions should display in the same format as they are in the web portal. Link to the release notes: https://datafinch-catalyst.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/15243306998036

Why can't RBTs see bold, italics, highlights on the app?
The teaching instructions need to look the same on the app as they do on the website. I spend time writing the instructions so as to emphasize updates or important aspects of the procedures. Why are there options to bold, italicize, underline, and highlight if it can't even be seen on the app for RBTs? Also, why does the app make all instructions on paragraph even if it's separated on the website when written by the BCBA?

Display full behavior names rather than shortening them
We can only see the first 6 characters of behaviors (at bottom of page), which makes it significantly harder to identify between similarly-named behaviors.
3 votesThe tally buttons at the bottom of the app are now wider and allow text to wrap to 2 lines to see more of the text in version 20230504.4. Please see release notes for more details: https://datafinch-catalyst.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/15243306998036

Change the color of the header bar in the new app
The header in the new app is currently light gray and the clock, date, battery, etc. are white font making it virtually impossible to see.
4 votesThis has now been changed to be a blue background for the header to improve visibility on version 20230504.4. Please see release notes for more details: https://datafinch-catalyst.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/15243306998036

Manual Entry of Duration on App
On the app the only way to input duration is to start the timer. We need to be able to manually enter the duration as it is not feasible during a behavioral episode to go into the app. Our therapists use stop watch timers and need to be able to input that into the app. Please add this feature!
6 votesUsers can now manually enter in the time for duration and rate skill and behavior data on the new Catalyst app version 20230504.4. Please see release notes for more info: https://datafinch-catalyst.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/15243306998036

Programs opened on the portal automatically selected under programs to run
When a program is opened on the web portal and targets are set to in treatment, those programs should automatically be selected in the app instead of having to manually choose them under programs to run.
84 votesThis should be the current functionality on the new Catalyst app. Make sure to download to the latest version. More information on the new Catalyst app can be found here: https://datafinch-catalyst.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/11248572174228

Number of Trials
Currently, the app doesn't show you the number of trials that have been taken. There should be a place where it shows the number of trials completed and the total number needed for the probe data. Ex. 5/10 then you give a positive trial and it becomes 6/10
6 votesThis is currently a feature on our new Catalyst app where the number of trials completed vs. the number of desired trials is shown. Click here for more information on our new app. https://datafinch-catalyst.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/11248572174228-Catalyst-s-New-App-Has-Arrived-

Ability to add a 2nd signature to SOAP notes after it has been submitted and saved.
Per regulations, providers and supervisors need to be signing SOAP notes after the BT/RBT render a service. Currently, our team of analysts are having to sign into each users individual login and sign each note. It would be much more efficient if the analysts could go into an already saved and submitted note from the RBT and put in a 2nd signature, supervisory provider signature. Thank you! Regs: "Progress notes must be entered for each service that is billed. Progress notes must include a dated signature and credentials of the provider as well as co-signatures by supervisors as required by…
35 votesThis ability is now available by giving the correct Security Rights for “Edit Others’ SOAP Notes” found in the Admin section. Users with this right can add signatures in the app or the portal after a note is saved.

Stop technicians from allowing them to add behaviors on the app
When the behavior technician clicks "add behavior" in the ABC data collection area, if it is a new behavior, then a new frequency button will appear for them to take data on, even though it was not entered/approved by the clinician. Can we put restrictions on this?
39 votesThis feature can already be achieved by navigating to the security groups tab under the administration tab and unchecking "behaviors" > "create behaviors".

SOAP Note Auditing
Customers want the ability to run reports for missing SOAP notes. It would be great if there were quick reports that would show that there was data, but no session note. If they are a customer who is integrated with one of our PM sister brands, it would be great if there was a dashboard or report they could run that would show missing SOAP notes and/or SOAP notes where there are discrepancies in start/end times. Any additional functionality we can build out to limit the "work" someone might have to do "after the fact" or manually when under an…
32 votesUsers can run a "Days without SOAP notes" report under the student tab of "analysis & reporting" > "reporting beta" > "Notes reports" > "Days without soap notes" to see when data was taken on a student but no soap note was created for that day.

Manual entry of duration from app (without running app timer)
The ability to go to behaviors and manually enter a duration and save the duration to the app without having to run a timer within the app. Within this feature, there should also be the ability to enter multiple durations per session/day.
This feature would be beneficial as when we are tracking multiple behaviors, often starting the timer is difficult while also managing a behavior. Many of our techs use a stopwatch to track durations but then have to enter the duration into the browser site at the end of the day.28 votesUsers can now manually enter in the time for duration and rate skill and behavior data on the new Catalyst app version 20230504.4. Please see release notes for more info: https://datafinch-catalyst.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/15243306998036

Add prompt options- plus side of TA
Being able to differentiate which prompt level the client was successful at would be beneficial. Having prompt level options on the plus side of a Task Analysis step (already an option for the minus side). Holding down the plus sign, on a step of a TA, would give prompt level options one could scroll through and choose, as additional data.
50 votesUsers can select a prompt code on the + side of the task analysis targets on the New Catalyst app now.

Restrict SOAP Notes per User Type
I would like to be able to have only certain SOAP notes visible for user type (EX RBTs can only see RBT SOAP notes) to reduce user error in selecting the incorrect SOAP note.
3 votesWe recently added a new feature to the Catalyst portal where users can assign certain security groups to SOAP note templates so that only users within those security groups can view those certain templates. Here are the release notes for additional information: https://datafinch-catalyst.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/15243306998036

Auto Correct Feature

Security Feature to Control Provider Access to Custom SOAP Notes
Create security settings for groups so that specific SOAP note templates are accessible to select providers. E.g. RBTs only have access to Direct Treatment SOAP note templates and BCBAs have Access to Direct, Supervision, and Parent Training SOAP note templates. I would hate for someone to accidentally complete the wrong SOAP note. This was a feature with our former company that we used frequently.

Increase number of days SOAP Notes are visible on app
Allow RBT access to a month of SOAP Notes and ABC data. Now they cannot see past ABC data and only have access to 6 day's worth of SOAP notes. Come on Catalyst, help us collaborate and view the product of our work.
39 votesUsers can now view up to 30 days worth of SOAP notes on the New Catalyst app.
