Trial Sheet for Behavior Data
Users would like the option to check what behavior data they have taken or at what amount/level they are currently at for that particular behavior, similar to how this ability is currently present for skill acquisition within the app.

Goals not to duplicate when adding from the curricula
When adding targets from the curricula we should be able to add the folder from the curricula and if there was already a target in that folder that it would not add to it.
For example: D01 Imitation with objects - If I already had 7 goals in this folder and added 10 more to the folder from curricula it is to difficult to remember which goals are already in the folder. When I add the folder it duplicates goals that are already there. I would like it to not add goals that have the same name28 votes -
Automatic email feature to send notes to parents
An automatic email feature would be beneficial to companies that are paperless. It would be great for an email to automatically email the parents if a note was added so that the parent was alerted in a paperless way.

Combining Maintenance, Baseline, and Discrete Trials into 1 session
The previous user interface allowed RBTs to switch between maintenance, discrete trials, and baseline and each category notified RBTs of the number of trails per category which prompted staff to run maintenance and baseline targets. The current update requires staff to exit their sessions and hop between all three which inconveniences the flow of their session. The idea is to reinstate the previous UX/UI format.

Graphing by session/Removing dates with no data from X-Axis
The ability to graph problem behavior by session instead of date, would help visual analysis of data. If that is not possible, clinician should be able to only show dates where data was gathered on some targets to exclude weekends or absent days.

Add preference assessments as an option on cell phones.
Our staff members have the option of using the Catalyst app on a Samsung tablet or on their cell phones (Apple, Samsung, Google, etc). Preference assessments work on the tablet, but they do not work on cell phones. It would be really helpful if there was an option for cell phones since staff typically prefer to use their phones.

Have the Massed Trials option available in settings in the Portal.
Users would like the ability to take control of their session and not have DTT targets automatically intersperse. Currently, the only way to accomplish this is by setting all targets to the Jump-To target type or to set Massed Trials within the app each session. Users would prefer to be able to set this up in the clients settings in the Portal, instead of instruction each therapist to select Massed Trials.

Download all Soap Notes for all clients all at once, and the option to download soap notes for each client or for each staff all at once.

Add option to require staff to confirm they have read the supervision notes.
I would like to be able to require my staff to confirm they have read the notes I’ve left for them. So the not left by a supervisor can be highlighted and say please read or something to that effect. Then the check a box and save and it’s time stamped when they read it.

Specify Minimum Number of Trials Needed for Mastery
I need to be able to set minimum number of trials needed for mastery for different goals. It is not the same for all goals, so if the goal needs to be different that what is default for the child, it messes things up.

Whole/Partial Interval Timer
When taking data for whole/partial intervals, it is very confusing for staff (and myself as the BCBA) because the current interval disappears after it's time is up and it goes to the next interval. It would be helpful if each interval was listed (e.g., Interval #1, underneath Interval #2, underneath Interval #3). This way they can see throughout the whole time allotted in which they are taking data if the behavior occurred or did not occur. This will help with data fidelity.

Overall Complaint about the recent update for the app
The set up of Catalyst after the new update does not allow easy access to maintenance during DTT. Clinicians are having to exit out and go back in which is disrupting momentum built. Also, it does not easily show how many targets are currently in the clients program like it used to.

Include PEAK Scoring for PEAK Objectives
Currently, Catalyst calculates the % of correct responding from a binary scoring system (i.e. independent meaning 100 and all the other prompts meaning 0). This works for certain objectives where independent responses equal 100 and all other prompts equal 0.
However, PEAK objectives require more of a range of scoring. For PEAK objectives and scoring, we need a prompt of 0 to mean 0 points, a prompt of 2 to mean 2 points, a prompt of 4 to mean 4 points, a prompt of 8 to mean 8 points, and a prompt of 10 to mean 10 points.

Ability to delete behavior target
The only option is to archive the target. It would be very helpful to be able to delete a behavior target. For example, when you forget to change target type or Catalyst does the thing when you click go on a student and you think you're on the new student but it's still on the first student and you add the target on the first student's page instead of the one it says on top.

Adding an option for videos to play on a device via the app
With COVID going on and wearing masks, there are many barriers to teaching communication (i.e. echoics and oral motor imitation). If videos can be played via the app (rather than on another device) as video models, it would greatly help with taking accurate data and ease for techs.

fix error on task analysis

Make it possible to change font size on all programs at once OR make font size in teaching instructions the size it was before last update!
The font size is too small on the mobile app after this last update! And in order to change it, I would like to be able to change the font size of all programs including maintenance at once. Or if you can just make the font size the same as it used to be so my BTs can actually read it!
