We need AI to review every SOAP note to flag those that are not audit proof so they can be corrected.

Notes in the app that translate to notes on the graph
To help track low trial counts more easily and give staff an easier method of reporting the reason for low trial counts in their session, Tech's should be able to fill a quick pop-up text box before completing their soap note. Whatever they put in the text box should transfer to a note on the graph for that date.

Assign Prompt Codes to TA Steps
Assign prompt codes to steps when you want a specific prompt used. e.g. Step 1 full physical, step 2 partial. It would be great if this could have a prompt fading schedule as well to help with programs that are run using graduated guidance.

See Durations Saved Earlier in the Day from the app
Currently when typing in duration data using behaviour data feature, you cannot see the data again on the app. It would be really convenient to be able to see how many durations have been added throughout the day.

Make the New Catalyst App (Blue) Compatible on Amazon Play Store
My agency uses the Amazon Fire 7 for data collection with all of our therapists to collect data. The old app (Red) is available on the devices, but now the new one is not available. As an agency, we are not able to purchase all new tablets. If the old app was compatible, why isn't the new app?

Active timers remaining visible
Any timer running, should remain visible when active and instead of having a Savin cancel it needs a start pause, stop and then maybe save

Make lefthand side expandable to full page to alleviate scrolling.
Make lefthand side with data trackers expandable to full page to eliminate highly excessive scrolling which makes it hard to take data in a timely manner and give and receive supervisor support with programming. The scrolling is way too excessive and wastes so much time.

Scoring Percentage Out of Selected Number of Trials
For some skills they require a certain number of skills to be met like 20 different missing items. I wish there was an option where it would score it automatically out of that number. So if it was a quantity setting, and the quantity was 10 but needed to be 20 it scored it as 50% rather than 100% because they got those 10 correct.

Assessments tab on Cell Phone
The assessments tab seems to be a tablet exlusive feature. It would be helpful to allow this to be able to be in use on Cell phone devices as well in the event a tablet is not accessible.

Catalyst Additions
For the last 4-5 months, when I create a new User for Catalyst, the username and password doesn't work. Even though it is always the same password. If that does work, then the pin doesn't work. I have found out that if I change the pin, have them try again to log in, change the pin back to the original one, then some of the time they are able to get back in using the original pin. This is not always the answer but does work sometimes. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I'm having to chat with support…

view ALL behaviors on one graph
Ability to see ALL behavior data on one graph to analyze and share in progress reports. Right now you can only compare two behaviors on the same graph, I would like to see the ability to select how any you want to view at a time.

Trend Line within phase
It would be nice to have trend lines and average lines within each phase or condition change (phase 1 trend and average, phase 2 trend and average, etc.). It would allow comparison between phases.

On the app, the RBT can see what problem behavior
On the app, make a feature where all RBTs can see past frequency of other problem behavior whether it be from fetching data, or from looking at past data like you can on skill data.

Bulleted list and ability to start new paragraph
I need to be able to organize my thoughts and summaries in my notes via bulleted lists or at least separating the text into multiple lines/paragraphs. It appears I type on the next line, but when I go back to review the note, it is one big run-on sentence and looks so messy, I cannot easily look back on my notes and find anything. It would be great to have the text boxes be longer based on how many characters you request the box to hold.

Note template
Admin should be able to have a preset note that automatically populates for staff to edit for the specific client/consumer. For example "free text" there is a box where we can add text that autofills for BT/ BCBA/ case managers to edit to reduce response effort

Compare Graphs
It would be helpful to be able to click on a program and have the option to see the daily percentages of all targets in that program. There is an option to see cumulative targets mastered, trials to mastery, and teaching days to mastery but no option to see the daily percentages. This would be helpful in comparing data. This would also be helpful when creating progress reports if the mastered targets per program graphs were included as well.

Client name
The client's name comes up on the list at the beginning; however once you click on them and their targets, it goes away. Name or Initials may be helpful while taking data for sessions in which 2 clients are being seen in a group who have same/similar programming to make sure we are documenting for the correct client.

bulk editing in libary
It would be great to be able to have a way to bulk edit/ view targets in a library you created, or even have a user view that has drop down arrows like when you are on a client
