Ability to add a 2nd signature to SOAP notes after it has been submitted and saved.
Per regulations, providers and supervisors need to be signing SOAP notes after the BT/RBT render a service. Currently, our team of analysts are having to sign into each users individual login and sign each note. It would be much more efficient if the analysts could go into an already saved and submitted note from the RBT and put in a 2nd signature, supervisory provider signature. Thank you! Regs: "Progress notes must be entered for each service that is billed. Progress notes must include a dated signature and credentials of the provider as well as co-signatures by supervisors as required by…
35 votesThis ability is now available by giving the correct Security Rights for “Edit Others’ SOAP Notes” found in the Admin section. Users with this right can add signatures in the app or the portal after a note is saved.

SOAP Note Auditing
Customers want the ability to run reports for missing SOAP notes. It would be great if there were quick reports that would show that there was data, but no session note. If they are a customer who is integrated with one of our PM sister brands, it would be great if there was a dashboard or report they could run that would show missing SOAP notes and/or SOAP notes where there are discrepancies in start/end times. Any additional functionality we can build out to limit the "work" someone might have to do "after the fact" or manually when under an…

Restrict SOAP Notes per User Type
I would like to be able to have only certain SOAP notes visible for user type (EX RBTs can only see RBT SOAP notes) to reduce user error in selecting the incorrect SOAP note.
3 votesWe recently added a new feature to the Catalyst portal where users can assign certain security groups to SOAP note templates so that only users within those security groups can view those certain templates. Here are the release notes for additional information: https://datafinch-catalyst.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/15243306998036

Security Feature to Control Provider Access to Custom SOAP Notes
Create security settings for groups so that specific SOAP note templates are accessible to select providers. E.g. RBTs only have access to Direct Treatment SOAP note templates and BCBAs have Access to Direct, Supervision, and Parent Training SOAP note templates. I would hate for someone to accidentally complete the wrong SOAP note. This was a feature with our former company that we used frequently.

Increase number of days SOAP Notes are visible on app
Allow RBT access to a month of SOAP Notes and ABC data. Now they cannot see past ABC data and only have access to 6 day's worth of SOAP notes. Come on Catalyst, help us collaborate and view the product of our work.

Save Draft Feature on Computer
It would be nice to have the ability to save a draft of the SOAP note when using a computer. This feature is available via the app, but not on the actual website. Most supervisors complete SOAP notes from a computer rather than a tablet, so this feature would be extremely helpful

History of edits on SOAP notes
When SOAP notes are edited by their author, it would be helpful if there was a way to show that they were edited and what was edited in the note.
5 votesEdits to SOAP notes as well as the user that edited them and the date and time stamp for these edits can be seen by going to Documentation > SOAP Note > Actions > Activity Log to view these changes now. Thanks for the feedback!

Header/Footer Options for SOAP Note Printouts
It is a requirement for insurance to have name and birthdate on all pages of a printed SOAP note. Can we please have header/footer options available on SOAP notes? It would also be great to select which info is displayed in the header/footer due to ever-changing payor requirements.
7 votesWe now have a feature where the SOAP note header can be repeated on each page of the SOAP note under Administrion > SOAP Notes > Settings. https://datafinch-catalyst.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/21771980809364-Release-Notes-23-12-12-Catalyst-

Allow Multiple SOAP Note Templates to be Created (i.e. Direct Treatment/Parent Training/Assessment/Modification)
With insurance companies constantly wanting more information for services rendered, it's imperative that documentation be as specific as possible. Currently, Catalyst allows just 1 SOAP note template to be generated under the SOAP NOTES section and all other notes/forms must be generated in the FORMS section. This can be confusing for therapists to have to go to more than one location for SOAP notes. We would like to generate templates for Direct Treatment, Parent Training, Treatment Plan Modification and Assessment. Separate SOAP note templates eliminates confusion, clearly documents services rendered with specific time in and out for said services and…

SOAP NOTES ARE REQUIRED
With Insurance companies - requiring session notes; Catalyst should REQUIRE them as well. Please make some type of feature where agencies cane set them as required and the screen cannot be bypassed; data won't save, etc...etc... if therapists do not fill out the note.

Separate SOAP note for sessions
Allow for each session to create a separate SOAP note. i.e. a patient may have 2 separate sessions in a day with the same therapist. Allow the data to only be pulled from that session time, not the entire day.
