Adding trial counts to SOAP notes
There should be a way to add trial counts, in addition to the percentages, to the SOAP notes.

A daily report that includes technician, time stamp of data and prompt level recorded for targets
A report that would generate the target, time stamp and prompt level across an entire session on one report. This would help practicioners identify how often targets are implemented, prompt levels/prompt fading within a session, and potential false data. This can also be very helpful for identifying number of trials per session of targeted items and produce meaningful data for remote learners.

Group Timers
Catalyst should have it were you can put multiple timers onto a folders instead of having multiple folders with timers.

Scrolling SD
It would be helpful if the SD would scroll instead of cutting off. It now requires it be selected to view the full SD. Years ago, the SD would scroll on the main screen when on the target.

maintenance levels with programmed delay
As it stands the Catalyst programming does not ensure a delay in the ability for a maintenance trial to be presented based on the set maintenance level. Catalyst provides the frequencies of daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual. The program promotes and demotes appropriately according to a correct or incorrect response, but all maintenance targets can be seen/run daily... It is left up to the individual practitioner to make sure for instance that a target set to level D (Monthly) is only presented after a month of the client successfully scoring independent in level C. SOAP notes showing behaviors that didn't occur
There should be a way to have the SOAP note display all behaviors being tracked, even if they did not occur. For example: patient engages in aggression, elopement, property destruction, and refusal. If they did not engage in any aggression during a session, that should be able to be reflected on the SOAP note instead of only inputting behaviors that did occur.

Complete SOAP Note Reminder Pop Up
Create a Pop Up Window for SOAP Notes that are not complete or allow technician to tag a note as a reminder to come back and complete it.

Changes in app and not just portal
It would be great to be able to add in phase change lines and procedure changes from the app if supervisor permissions were selected for a particular client. It would be nice to be able to edit or notate changes to procedure in real time.

Auto-populate more client specific information
There is a lot of information on SOAP notes specific to a client that isn't auto-populated. Right now we are having to make a different note for each client. Things that would be important are insurance company, member ID and number of units.

Comparative Bar Graphs
I would like Catalyst to offer the opportunity to combine two bar graphs for two different time selections (1M, 3M, 6M, 9M, 1Y, YTD, etc) on the same graph to quickly be able to illustrate the increases/decreases rather than note each percentage in every report. This would eliminate redundancy in the need to narratively describe so much.

Allow us to designate what SOAP note template is connected to each staff member
Staff currently have the ability to choose between different templates, this is causing errors by staff. I would like staff to be linked to a specific template and them not having the ability to choose.
Just how we are able to link clients specifically to a staff member.

Require SOAP note entries within 24 period
Many insurers require notes to be put in within 24 hours from services being provided. Unfortunately some providers do not follow this mandate. It would be great if Catalyst (like other EHR systems have) provide the capability of not allowing SOAP note entries after a 24 hour window from date and time they are being entered.

allow for manual entry of start/end time for sessions instead of the rollers. These lead to errors.

Copying to Curriculum library
When moving items to the curriculum library it doesn't copy the procedure. It ends up blank. It would be nice to be able to create the skeleton of the procedure and individualize as needed instead of having to re-type the procedure every time.

SOAP Note/Timesheet entry to work hand in hand
Up until now whenever therapists had to edit their SOAP Note the edit was automatically updated in the Timesheet section as well. Since the new release though whenever edits are made to the SOAP Note whether via APP or Portal the Timesheet isn't updated. We use the timesheet for Payroll and billing purposes and there are discrepancies between the SOAP Notes and Timesheets which is a serious issue for us.

Catalyst should be able to populate DOH session notes after teachers create programs that match goals.
Teachers and therapists who write programs in Catalyst to match IFSP driven goals and objectives, should be able to populate DOH session notes from Catalyst instead of working with an app in one place and a session note form in another place.
