Tally counter option in forms
I'd love to able to add a tally counter without having to designate the field as open text. This is helpful when measuring engagement by counting how many trials were presented in a given period of time. Thanks.

Add "% of Hours Supervised" column to the RBT Maintenance report
If we could get a % of hours supervised added to the report for supervision and make it viewable by admin, that would be a tremendous help in monitoring our RBTs supervision hours requirements.

See "In Progress" data collection sessions of other users (direct reports)
My organization reviews data collection session data before making it available to the performer. We would like the ability to see any "In Progress" data collection sessions of our direct reports.

Add Drop-Down, Check-Box and Checklist Features
We would like to be able to select multiple items for a single pinpoint. It's visually overwhelming and makes for very long forms when each item is its own pinpoint. If I want to know what supervision topics were covered during a supervision session, I'd like to have a single pinpoint with either a drop-down menu or a checkbox/checklist option that allows us to select all of the activities that were addressed during the session.
E.g. Supervision Topics Covered During the Session
Assessment and Programming
Documentation
Training and Collaboration
Measurement
Etc.

Edit Supervision Session
Could we request an edit supervision session feature (similarly to how staff are able to edit their own logs)? We have had trouble with small errors in supervision entries (accidentally recording AM/PM backwards, missing a button, etc.) leading to significant amount of time spent re-entering data from supervision sessions.

RBT Task list
I think having an option when finishing the form to use the RBT task list instead of the BCBA one would be great. I am using Pinnacle to provide supervision to RBTs.

Feedback Type Field Optional
Can you consider making feedback "type" not a mandatory field? I don't use this and would appreciate being able to skip the step

BCBA Candidate Report
A report would be incredibly helpful. Even being able to export the BCBA candidate log including all of the elements required by the board. The current RBT log that can be exported has much of the information and that log with some additions this would meet the requirement.
The following would need to be added for independent hours:
activity category (restricted/unrestricted)
supervisor name (for all entries not just supervised hours)
The following would need to be added for Supervised hours:
Format of supervision
Fieldwork type
Supervision type (individual/ group)
Activity Category (restricted/ unrestricted)
Summary of supervision activity (feeback, task list…

User suggested it would be great if Pinnacle could sync employee hours worked in Catalyst and Accupoint to the experience tracker.

Automatic IOA Calculation
It would be nice to have this feature for integrity checks! Maybe a whole IOA data collection option for supervisors or other staff to run, that way it won't interfere with actual session data.

Bulk Timesheet Date Range Report
It seems that this report is going to eventually be replaced by the new 'Beta Reports'. When exporting to excel, it is very important to keep the "start date and time" and the "end date and time" of each session in separate columns. The Beta Reports are currently putting both times into one cell. This makes it incredibly difficult to use these reports and would cripple our payroll process. Please keep these values in separate cells. We also like having a cell showing the duration of the session.

Allow for supervisees to review their supervision checklist and sign on their own device rather than having to sign it with the supervisor
I would like to be able to complete my supervision checklist, sign it, and then be able to let the supervisee review it at a later time and sign it as well. Would it be possible to also notify the supervisee when they have a new performance evaluation that they need to look over and sign?

Remove Character Limits from Measurement Fields and Other Fields
The Character Limits have stopped us in our tracks several times and seem a bit extreme. I was trying to enter the following measurements into the system: Not Meeting Expectations, Meets Expectations, Exceeds Expectations and the character limits required me to abbreviate these fields.

Export student log that includes all of the activities
Be able to view all the activities that students are tracking to log hours. Currently it just shows totals but I’d like to be able to login and see what they are logging for unrestricted activities and be able to give them feedback and approve it or deny it as acceptable

Printable Forms
I think having forms that are printable without having to fill them out would be great. For example if you use Pinnacle to create a form, but you want handwrite it instead of typing.

I need to get a weekly aggregate report of SOAP notes completed across all staff and clients.
I need a report that aggregates SOAP note completion across students and staff.
Currently to manage this data we would need to pull each student individually. we use this data to monitor and manage performance of our professional staff. There is already a similar report on techs note completion for both daily and monthly data sets.2 votes
