A way to edit/delete various "required fields" that appear the top of forms.
A way to edit/delete/individualize various "required fields" that appear at the top of forms before submitting. This way forms can be used to measure other BCBA behaviors instead of only geared towards observing students and RBTs.
4 votesWe’ve added an “N/A” options to some required fields when starting/finishing a Data Collection session so that fields that are not applicable can be selected as such.

New Report for details of performance on Forms
There is currently a Form Summary report in Pinnacle that shows the performer's score on that form but it doesn't show the details of the individual pinpoints in the form. While the current Graphs report allows the person to view individual Form/Section/Pinpoint-level performance, it does not show more than one Form/Section/Pinpoint at a time.
1 voteThis can now be viewed under the Form Details Report in Pinnacle.

Change status of form to inactive
It would be great to be able to delete or mark a form as inactive so it does not show up as a usable form for staff when you do not want it to be an option.

Clear whole form during data collection
Would there be value in having a feature which would allow users to clear a whole form? It might be helpful, especially for a long form. For example, if a session is started and gets compromised in some way the user could clear out the form and start over instead of having to clear each pinpoint individually.
1 voteYou can now clear a whole form by clicking "Clear Form" in the top right while working on a form.

Set default info for dropdowns
I'd like to be able to set default selections in the dropdowns upon starting a session. This would save valuable time as all of my supervision is performed "in person" and with "client present" and some is with techs who are not acquiring supervision and thus don't need the restricted/unrestricted selection. Thanks.
1 voteCurrently, we are not planning on adding default selections to Pinnacle but we have reduced the number of ‘clicks’ the user must take to start a session by changing some drop-down menus to buttons.

Edit a form that's already been created
I'd love to be able to edit a form, rather that start over building it even if I could just clone it and give it a new name.

Do not auto-change Start Time and End Time of Data Collection sessions
The Start Time and End Time of Data Collection sessions automatically change to the 'actual' Start and End Time of the Data Collection session instead of staying at the selected Start and End Time.
0 votesThe Supervision Session Start Time field will no longer be automatically filled in with the actual start time of the supervision session. The Start Time will be blank if the user leaves the field blank when starting the supervision session or it will keep the Start Time entered by the user when starting a supervision session (if applicable). The Supervision Session End Time will no longer be automatically filled in by the actual end time of the supervision session. Instead, the user will be required to manually enter that time in.

Allow the use of multiple Measurement types on a Form
Currently, Pinnacle only allows the user to select one Measurement to be used in a Form. This tkt adds the capability for the user to select more than one Measurement when building a Form.
0 votesUsers can select to use multiple measurement types when building a form.
