    Hi,

    I have been using this app for over 5 years. Originally as a BT and now as a BCBA. I use duration data for insurance all the time and it is simply not able to be accurate. The feature to add time manually was very helpful. But when a client is engaging in aggressive or self injurious behavior and staff can't navigate 3-5 pages to get to start and stop the timer.

    This needs attention, and sooner rather than later. Thank you.
