Reports the run by Therapist/Employee
Under the Admin tab, it would be great if I could run a report by therapist to see what children they worked with in a certain time period. You currently can run that type of report under each student but its time consuming to go through each student to see what therapist worked with them that pay period.

Having anecdotal target information pulled up with SOAP note
Currently, when you pull up a SOAP note, any anecdotal targets just say "1 occurrence." I'd like it to pull the actual information that was typed into the anecdotal target during that trial.

Alert System for Incident Reports
Would it be possible to develop an alert system for when an incident report has been completed. Example, we track patient injuries in the system. Once it is saved would it be possible to generate an alert to certain parties?

Include sd's and teaching instructions in reports
Funding sources want to see more information in the progress report besides the goal name for reporting. Please include the SD's and teaching instructions for each goal.

task analysis - individualized step comparison graphs
Compare only specific steps within a task analysis graph for individual steps - allowing for only needed steps to be displayed for a specific skill, rather than all of them at once (6-7 steps is much easier to analyze than 15-20 at once).

Report by Therapist, to see which clients they worked with each week and trial counts.
I would like to have the ability to run a report for each therapist, to list which clients they worked with, and how many trials they completed with each client.
Currently, the only way to gather this information is to run a monthly client with staff initials report. Then pull the information from that on which clients the staff member works with. Then go to each one of those clients and run the trials per week report.22 votes -
Adding 2 and 4 months as a standard to the bottom of the graphs for faster data analysis
Adding 2 and 4 months as a standard to the bottom of the graphs would make daily data analysis and reporting (including graphs) much faster. Thank you :)

Standard Celeration
It would be nice to have the option to track fluency for certain skills like Big 6 plus 6 or precision teaching. Currently there is no way to track two items when running a rate/ fluency for data collection. It would be nice to have the option to do this for example tracking correct vs incorrect responses on one timer. Another example would be to run a manding session and track the rate of the independent vs prompted mands. It would also be nice to include the option to graph these fluency targets on a standard celeration graph.

Include target instructions in target report
I would like to have the field "target instructions" included when running a Target report. Will be helpful to see that information in addition to the other fields that can be shown when analyzing a client's whole teaching program.

Track Who Made Revisions on the progress report
I would like to be able to see who made the revisions of a progress report when viewing the revisions box. Currently it just has date and time.

Only show dates of sessions on x-axis
Having every single calendar date on the x-axis needlessly skews the graph when sessions do not happen every day. It would be much more useful if there were an option to change the x-axis to only days on which sessions occurred.

New % independent graph for errorless target
We should add a new graph type that displays % independent for errorless targets.
Right now, the % correct responding graph shows a percentage of responding correctly to the current prompt level or less intrusive prompt.
Users can get the true independence data path from the prompt % graph but it is messy because it displays all the prompt codes. We need to give them a quick way to see a clean true independence graph.

Date Range Report- Targets Failed in Maintenance
I want a report with targets "failed in maintenance" over a certain time period.
Right now, they just disappear from that overview screen once you put them back in acquisition
I have a client that is struggling with that and would love to have a report like that to show parents.

Ignore specific data points when analyzing data
When analyzing data, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to disregard or ignore outliers or certain data points when creating a trend line. When I have a clear understanding of why a certain behavior spiked at a certain time (illness, seizure event, etc.), I would love to be able to see the trend outside of these events, but I don't want to delete the data from my record.

Allow comparison of duration and frequency targets when viewing behavior reduction graphs
Allow users to compare duration and frequency behavior reduction targets on the same graph. Possible options include the ability to plot a different dimension of behavior on a secondary y-axis. (e.g. instances of elopement on the primary y-axis and duration of tantrum behavior on a secondary y-axis).

Progress Notes with Goals
Create a progress note template that would automatically generate all of the goals entered into catalyst with a comment section next to it. This would allow a BCBA to go through each goal area and leave progress note comments for the team as well as suggestions for growth.

Compare Percentage of Targets in Maintenance vs. Failed in Maintenance
I would like to see a report type where I can view the percentage of targets that are in "maintenance" compared to how many targets have failed in maintenance.
