Maintenance Report for All Target Types
I would like better reporting options for Analysis & Reporting.
Currently, the Weekly Maintenance Probes only capture DTT trials. There are other target types in maintenance that I want accurate information to look into.

allow us to edit "student name" ourselves. I recently discovered a student's name was wrong and I could not edit it myself.
Since the portal would not let me edit a student's name (correct spelling) myself, I had to outreach support to correct it. They were great at responding, but it took too much time which delayed my reports. It only makes sense we have the ability to edit the student's name since we can edit everything else...

Mastery criteria of trials based on percentage change
I would like the option for targets to be mastered when they have increased by a custom percentage compared to baseline data.

View behavior data by therapist
Currently when behavior data is saved at the end of the day and there have been multiple therapist working with a client that day, all of the behavior data is saved under the last therapist (who saved the data for the day). I would like the opportunity to see behavior data per therapist, even if multiple therapists have worked with the client in a day. Having the behavior data applied to the therapist who took that data rather than all data saved to the therapist who saved the data.

Add Behavior Definitions and Sd's to Progress Reports
When going over Progress Reports with parents and staff it would be ideal to have Behavior reduction definitions in the Progress Report and also the Sd's that we use for each of the goals that we are working on.

add notes to x axis dates instead of using bubble.
We need the ability to graph information that would not require a condition line. Ex if a student is absent for one day there would be no data pt on that day to plot the note bubble on the day it occurred. so the note then ends up being plotted on the the wrong day. However using a condition line for something that only occurred on 1 day is not appropriate and clutters the graph. examples of appropriate things to note on x axis in the date field snow day, delay, absence for 1 day, substitute therapist etc.

Task Analysis/ Chaining
When using a task analysis, it would be helpful to have the option to choose what chaining method will be used to teach the TA and set mastery critera based on the chaining method being used. For example, if teaching a skill using backward chaining, only require data for the last step in the TA. When that step is mastered, require data for the last 2 steps, etc. so that all members of the team are aware of what step of the TA is being taught

Edit Behavior Reduction Raw Data
Currently when a SOAP note's timestamp indicated 2:00 - 4:00 and a therapists stops a behavior reduction timer at 4:02, the behavior data does not pull into the SOAP note. I would like a feature where I can manually change the end time of the raw data in the behavior reduction tab (while in the Portal or App which ever is easier) so that it can later be pulled into the corresponding SOAP note.

Add Target Name on Raw Data page after clicking on raw data for said target
It would be nice to pull the target name when viewing raw data to confirm you are viewing the right data

Setting certain behaviors to only track on specific days
As of right now, Catalyst will give you the option to "zero out" (or not to zero out, your choice) behaviors that do not occur on particular days. When graphing and showing stakeholders that maladaptive behaviors are decreasing, this is great! However, Catalyst automatically will "zero out" ALL behaviors regardless of the setting that they are meant to be collected in (in-home, clinic, community, etc.). I am proposing that there be different "schedules" for different behaviors based on the setting that they are meant to be collected in!

Choose a specific therapist's data to view
Currently when you split data by therapist under graphing, it shows all therapists' data. I would like to be able to choose a specific therapist's data to view. If there are many therapists who have worked with a client, it gets difficult to decipher whose data lines belong to whom.

Upon login, Users would like to be able to choose which student's profile they see first
After logging into the portal, users would like to be able to choose which student's profile they see first instead of the system defaulting to the first one in the list that the user has access to (and listed alphabetically.) This will decrease any confusion users have about which student's profile they are in currently.

Over lay data
The ability to overall problem behavior graphs with program graphs in order to see correlations of problem behavior and program performance.

Report by Therapist, to see which clients they worked with each week and trial counts.
I would like to have the ability to run a report for each therapist, to list which clients they worked with, and how many trials they completed with each client.
Currently, the only way to gather this information is to run a monthly client with staff initials report. Then pull the information from that on which clients the staff member works with. Then go to each one of those clients and run the trials per week report.22 votes
