Syncing Notes from portal to app and app to portal
Allowing users to start a soap note on the app and save as draft to be edited on the portal...and allowing users to start a note on the portal and save as draft to be edited on the app

Allow for Navigation between notes
It would be nice to able to go through all the notes without having to back in and out of notes. This can be fixed by having an arrow button in the note section that allows you to navigate through the notes.

A setting requiring User to Open/Read a posted Note before beginning session
Allowing administrators to add a setting when posting a note under a client's profile that requires a user to open and read before starting a session and running treatment programs. This would ensure important communication across user's are communicated and received before working with a client. i.e. - program changes, client notable events, schedule changes, etc.

A report that allows you to see any notes still in a draft status
A report that can be run for specific students or users to determine if there are any SOAP notes that are still in a "DRAFT" status.

Target Notes available to SOAP Note
On the bottom of the SOAP note where you can see the targets a therapist did in the session, also include any notes the therapist wrote about that target for a quick review about performance.

Sort SOAP Notes
Add sorting features for SOAP notes to include sorting by user and type of SOAP note (for companies that use multiple SOAP note formats).
Examples: a user could search for all SOAP notes for a specific employee or search for all parent training SOAP notes.6 votes -
'Zero out behaviors' linked to auto-populated behavior data in SOAP
Update the auto-populated behaviors in SOAP notes so that if the 'zero out behaviors' option is marked 'yes' in the Settings tab, any behavior with zero recorded instances that day is also included in the auto-populated behaviors in the SOAP.

Auto-populate more client specific information
There is a lot of information on SOAP notes specific to a client that isn't auto-populated. Right now we are having to make a different note for each client. Things that would be important are insurance company, member ID and number of units.

Automatic
Allow for SOAP note drafts to be automatically saved. This feature could be similar to how email drafts are automatically saved. This was providers do not run the risk of losing their work.

SOAP Notes templates available to specific students
When multiple SOAP notes templates are used, it would be helpful to select what students have access to which templates to make it easier for staff to select the correct one.

Parent consultation note tab
Add a parent consultation tab that allows for a PC note similar to the SOAP note but has information like skills targeted, topics discussed, IOA and ABC data.

Draft SOAP notes available on all devicees
It would be helpful to be able to sync "in-draft" SOAP notes across multiple devices. This would be helpful when there is no internet or one device needs to be charged.

pop up notification upon logging into specific student's profile on app
Upon logging into the app and opening a student's profile, a pop up notification would appear on the homescreen that was programmed from the online portal by any administrator or user. These pop ups would be short reminders, under 40 characters simply to prompt anyone logging in for that particular student to do something. It would especially be helpful for parents that use the app for simple things like, "New Note posted", or, "Remember to include Antecedents/Consequences for Aggression data".

Review/Lock SOAP Notes for Editing
It would be helpful if there was a way to lock down the ability for a user to "edit" a SOAP note. There could possibly be built in controls for this or perhaps a supervisor can select a "review" button that would prevent a user from editing a SOAP note after it was reviewed.

Have the page not reset each time I correct or add a note
When I add a note, make a correction, check for accuracy in notes, etc. it resets the page back to the first date and defaults back to the 10 notes per page. It sounds simple, but it's ONE MORE step to have to page through and find the dates each note.
