New note interface
quick comment about the new notes positioning within the app. I see why developers wanted the easy swipe away display, however, it's really easy to accidentally swipe away the note as you write, in which case, you lose all the new content. I have done it several times, and it's frustrating because your wrist may accidentally touch when typing. not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but it sure is frustrating

Enter Notes in Different Languages
If soap notes are entered by a therapist whose primary language is Spanish and whose client speaks primarily Spanish and is having trouble converting her notes to English, there should be a way to allow her to do her notes in Spanish or any language and for catalyst to convert the text to English for the other therapists and BCBA's to be able to view.

being able to use stylus
If we can incorporate the use of stylus in our notes will save the time for staff who are not good with keyboards.

Parent signature should be the signature seen by timesheets.
Instead of therapist signature, we should have the option to see parent signature in timesheets.

Tab through SOAP Notes
After the new updates the first week of November 2019, Catalyst removed the keystroke option of pressing tab to move through the sections of the note as you are typing. Each time you now press tab, it re-opens the calendar drop down at the top and requires you to click on each section of the note before typing. It would be helpful to bring back the keystroke to move through the form quickly.

Customizable data for SOAP note
It would be nice to have the ability to create additional fields that I can customize and then possibly have repeated across targets. For things that will help give more information about a particular target upon a quick overview so I can be more prepared when going into tech supervision what to have a possible heads up about. I am looking to have the fields to be filled out per targets that were taught in session.

Bulleted list and ability to start new paragraph
I need to be able to organize my thoughts and summaries in my notes via bulleted lists or at least separating the text into multiple lines/paragraphs. It appears I type on the next line, but when I go back to review the note, it is one big run-on sentence and looks so messy, I cannot easily look back on my notes and find anything. It would be great to have the text boxes be longer based on how many characters you request the box to hold.

Note template
Admin should be able to have a preset note that automatically populates for staff to edit for the specific client/consumer. For example "free text" there is a box where we can add text that autofills for BT/ BCBA/ case managers to edit to reduce response effort

PUBLISH on app does NOT SAVE
PUBLISH on app doesn't do so. DRAFT SAVE does save with a message it did.
PUBLISH shows no confirmation AND it does not save anyway, so the computer sys does not show it. NEEDS to be fixed for all app parts not just NOTES1 vote -
SOAP notes showing behaviors that didn't occur
There should be a way to have the SOAP note display all behaviors being tracked, even if they did not occur. For example: patient engages in aggression, elopement, property destruction, and refusal. If they did not engage in any aggression during a session, that should be able to be reflected on the SOAP note instead of only inputting behaviors that did occur.

Having a footer option for downloaded soap notes
When you download soap notes you can have the option to add a footer that has the clients identifying information as this is a insurance requirement that they are on every page of any material presented and soap notes are typically more than 1 page

Removing pop up
When clicking a client, remove the SOAP note pop up since it is for a different client. Or allowing this to be an option to be removed.

Showing client name on SOAP notes
Show client name on the top of the SOAP note so it is confirmed what client it is for.

Document note scroll down in App
We use a note in Documents tab to communication changes in programming and other important information. The app does not scroll down to previous information. Therapists can only read what is available in the pane. Please make this scroll-able.

Users want SOAP Note Reminder Popup Appearing Current Student vs 1st Student in List
In the past before the app was updated the popup occurred for the student the user was in, now the popup occurs for the 1st student in the student selection list. Users would like the popup to occur in the current student they are in.

Signature and Statement to appear AFTER data Report
It would be helpful to have the signature and signature statement appear after the data reported on a SOAP note. The signature statement currently appears prior to the data (when the SOAP note is downloaded as a PDF). This makes it appear as though the data was note conducted by or validated by the therapist signing the note.

Allow sites within Catalyst account to display a specific sub-set of SOAP note templates
Due to vastly different note requirements by funding source that are state specific, for companies operating in multiple states across the country, there needs to be a way to only show the relevant SOAP note templates to each region (site) rather than a long list of every template available.

Pop-up for Missing Fields in SOAP Notes
Many times, our staff will save a SOAP Note as a draft because one of the required fields in the template is missing information. Rather than having the user scroll through a long template to find the missing section highlighted in red, it would be great if there could be a pop-up when submitting a SOAP Note with missing fields to describe which fields are missing information. For example: The user did not enter a start time for their session. The pop up could say: "Please enter a Start Time before submitting." This would reduce the number of drafts that…
