Allow admin to edit soap notes
Careless mistakes have always in an issue. It would be ideal for admin to be able to adit mistakes/errors in soap notes. It would make it much easier and less time consuming.

Soap Note time out
It would be nice if SOAP notes didn't time out when individuals were typing making us lose the SOAP note due to inactivity. If the App could count typing as active work in the SOAP note this would decrease notes lost due to time out.

Download all Soap Notes for all clients all at once, and the option to download soap notes for each client or for each staff all at once.

Add option to require staff to confirm they have read the supervision notes.
I would like to be able to require my staff to confirm they have read the notes I’ve left for them. So the not left by a supervisor can be highlighted and say please read or something to that effect. Then the check a box and save and it’s time stamped when they read it.

Automated SOAP notes based on session
Catalyst would automatically pull in information based on the data and insert it into the SOAP note (for each user). The notes would automatically include targets that the student performed well on and ones that they did not. It would also summarize behavior data that was taken during the session.

SOAP Notes
Be able to delete Location and Notes sections and instead create our own. We do not want GPS Location to be recorded for the location. Instead, we only want Location to be as a drop down box. There is no way to delete the Notes and Location that are pre-made.

Feature that allows supervisors to sign soap notes within the app
Feature that allows supervisors to sign soap notes within the app; would be even better if it had one click or signing initials on SOAP Notes so we don't have to always go into the desktop version to sign each individual note.

Generate Duration of the Session
Many insurance companies require the duration (or billed units) to be listed on the SOAP note. Since the timesheet already calculates the duration can this be autopopulated to the SOAP note?

SOAP Note Time Checking
A child is in therapy from 9-2 and has a SOAP Note for every tech that worked with the child. The end time of each note should line up with the start time of following note. Catalyst should be able to create a system to send alerts when there is a gap in time between notes.
Ex: ALERT- Missing SOAP Note time 10:45-11:30. or Overlapping notes from 1:00-1:30This would save someone from having to do the monotonous work of making sure all of the times line up.

SOAP Notes pull all data from that day
If a child has 2-3 therapists across an 8 hour day, there should be an option to pull data from all sessions within that day for 1 SOAP note rather than 2-3 notes.

"Save as draft" button for SOAP notes for TABLET view
It would be nice to be able to save a note as a draft when using the app on my tablet. I don't always have time finish my full note before my next session. I would like to be able to save it as a draft and come back it later. I do see the option on the app when using my mobile but not when I am using my tablet.

SOAP Notes with data
Currently when the soap note is downloaded it shows the data that was recorded during that session by the user who created the soap note. I would like to see the data that was recorded for the session when the supervisor completes the soap note that the behavior tech recorded the data on.

Tie the Client's insurance Id number to their notes and data reports
Several insurance companies are requiring the client's insurance ID number to be listed on all documents including notes. Please create a way for the id number to be included in the client information and automatically tied to each client specific soap note.

Notification when a note is submitted
It would be great if when a note is submitted it was sent to an email as a notification. It is too challenging for a BCBA to go through every child's note section everyday looking to see if a therapist wrote a note. A notification sent to an email would be so helpful!
