SOAP notes showing behaviors that didn't occur
There should be a way to have the SOAP note display all behaviors being tracked, even if they did not occur. For example: patient engages in aggression, elopement, property destruction, and refusal. If they did not engage in any aggression during a session, that should be able to be reflected on the SOAP note instead of only inputting behaviors that did occur.

To use the reporting feature to pull all missing SOAP notes across all consumers and not have to go consumer by consumer.

Keep data in task analysis (TA) when scrolling
In the old app, BTs could move from target to target without there task analysis (TA) target erasing. Could you bring that back in the new app?
When they do steps 1 and 2, they should be able to move to other targets. Then come back to the task analysis (TA) and finish steps 3 & 4 without their previous data erasing.

Search function should sort by last name and then by first name
When searching for students, the list should populate alphabetically by last name. Then if more than one student has the same last name, it should list them alphabetically by first name.

Bulk parent signatures for SOAP notes
Having an option for parents to bulk sign SOAP notes. This applies to sessions that are held via telehealth and the staff are not in the home to obtain a parent signature that same day. Parents can bulk sign if they sign into Catalyst or the next time the staff are in the home to bulk sign any SOAP notes that are missing parent signatures.

SOAP Notes
I have been requiring RBTs to use the SOAP notes feature of Catalyst for sessions notes.. I was explaining that our notes should NOT be subjective. Furthermore, RBTs do NOT assess nor do they plan. That is the BCBAs role. It dawned on me that the label SOAP notes is not really appropriate for ABA. Could the heading be changed to "Session Notes"? maintenance levels with programmed delay
As it stands the Catalyst programming does not ensure a delay in the ability for a maintenance trial to be presented based on the set maintenance level. Catalyst provides the frequencies of daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual. The program promotes and demotes appropriately according to a correct or incorrect response, but all maintenance targets can be seen/run daily... It is left up to the individual practitioner to make sure for instance that a target set to level D (Monthly) is only presented after a month of the client successfully scoring independent in level C. Duration Behaviors Widget
I need a Duration Start/Stop icon pinned down at the bottom of the screen near the frequency counter buttons. It is too much for my team to switch to the Duration section and begin the timer right when a tantrum begins, because they need to be applying the treatment strategies right away. They need to be able to start the timer quickly, and the way it is there are just too many steps.

Alert/Notification for New Targets or Changes to Old Targets
I would like an alert/notification (little exclamation point, etc.) to appear on a target either when it is newly added or if the target is edited. It does not need to specify what has changed, just a small alert to the implemented to know to look closely.

SOAP -Supervisor Notes
We created a separate supervisor SOAP note for clinicians to use during their supervision time with the RBT and client. However the note is now viewable by all the RBT's on the client's case.
We would like to have the option to make each created template for SOAP notes either viewable or unviewable to the RBTs. It would also be helpful to be able to 'tag' the RBT to a note, so that they can see that specific note we create while overlapping them.

Comparative Bar Graphs
I would like Catalyst to offer the opportunity to combine two bar graphs for two different time selections (1M, 3M, 6M, 9M, 1Y, YTD, etc) on the same graph to quickly be able to illustrate the increases/decreases rather than note each percentage in every report. This would eliminate redundancy in the need to narratively describe so much.

We would like to be able to modify the default fields in the SOAP note template. For example, I would like to be able to edit the title of the notes field to be more aligned with insurance requirements. Simply "Notes" is too vague.

Display prompt level data from the last session so I can see where to pick up with prompting at the next session.

Sets of prompt codes
Make sets of prompts for, for example vocal and motor targets. So I can choose 8 prompt levels germane to the domain. As it is, I cannot choose a partial prompt, and I have the choice to mark a full physical prompt for vocal, which is rather absurd. Then I could choose the correct intrusiveness of the types of prompts I want to use.
