SOAP Note/Timesheet entry to work hand in hand
Up until now whenever therapists had to edit their SOAP Note the edit was automatically updated in the Timesheet section as well. Since the new release though whenever edits are made to the SOAP Note whether via APP or Portal the Timesheet isn't updated. We use the timesheet for Payroll and billing purposes and there are discrepancies between the SOAP Notes and Timesheets which is a serious issue for us.

Total Session Duration on SOAP Notes
The Timesheet Report automatically generates the Total session Duration. We need that on the SOAP Note as well for billing and payroll purposes.

Catalyst should be able to populate DOH session notes after teachers create programs that match goals.
Teachers and therapists who write programs in Catalyst to match IFSP driven goals and objectives, should be able to populate DOH session notes from Catalyst instead of working with an app in one place and a session note form in another place.

Target Instructions Expandable Box
Would it be possible to make the Target Details > Target Instructions Box expandable so that we can see/edit the information without having to scroll up and down?

Require SOAP note entries within 24 period
Many insurers require notes to be put in within 24 hours from services being provided. Unfortunately some providers do not follow this mandate. It would be great if Catalyst (like other EHR systems have) provide the capability of not allowing SOAP note entries after a 24 hour window from date and time they are being entered.

we need a "beep"!
It would be extremely helpful if skill acquisition targets, measured by partial interval recording, would be accompanied by a "beep" to indicate a new interval has started. This functionality exists for behavior reduction targets, but not when programmed as skill acquisition, which can make it very tricky to keep up with.

Copy and paste checkboxes/radials with responses from patient intake form
Our clinic has an intake form that every patient completes. This form asks questions about areas of concern and to what extent. Some of this includes checking off items that are applicable. It would be helpful if we could copy their answers (checkboxes with responses) from the word document to paste into Fusion under the appropriate headings. This would be much preferred as opposed to adding it as an attachment as the information needs to be in the evaluation

Individualize prompt delay to specific programs and/or targets
There should be an option that allows the user to individualize the prompt delay feature to specific programs and/or targets (rather than setting it once and it displays on all targets across all programs).

Removing behaviors that have met mastery criteria from the target list. Creating another section for mastered behavioral goals.

A daily report that includes technician, time stamp of data and prompt level recorded for targets
A report that would generate the target, time stamp and prompt level across an entire session on one report. This would help practicioners identify how often targets are implemented, prompt levels/prompt fading within a session, and potential false data. This can also be very helpful for identifying number of trials per session of targeted items and produce meaningful data for remote learners.

Scrolling SD
It would be helpful if the SD would scroll instead of cutting off. It now requires it be selected to view the full SD. Years ago, the SD would scroll on the main screen when on the target.

VB-Mapp Scoring in app
It would be helpful if scoring for VB-MAPP assessment targets could be done on a tab in the app as opposed to just the web browser. Scores could be input in real-time and save a ton of time if this were possible!

manual entry of start/end time
allow for manual entry of start/end time for sessions instead of the rollers. These lead to errors.

Copying to Curriculum library
When moving items to the curriculum library it doesn't copy the procedure. It ends up blank. It would be nice to be able to create the skeleton of the procedure and individualize as needed instead of having to re-type the procedure every time.

Changes in app and not just portal
It would be great to be able to add in phase change lines and procedure changes from the app if supervisor permissions were selected for a particular client. It would be nice to be able to edit or notate changes to procedure in real time.

Auto-populate more client specific information
There is a lot of information on SOAP notes specific to a client that isn't auto-populated. Right now we are having to make a different note for each client. Things that would be important are insurance company, member ID and number of units.

Allow us to designate what SOAP note template is connected to each staff member
Staff currently have the ability to choose between different templates, this is causing errors by staff. I would like staff to be linked to a specific template and them not having the ability to choose.
Just how we are able to link clients specifically to a staff member.

Being able to go back to to record data from a previous interval
If missing a trial there is no way to go back and record data from a previous trial

Have the ability to edit the name of a curriculum library.

Merge Antecedents and Merge Consequences
It would be very helpful to have the ability to merge antecedents together and consequences together. For antecedents, if 'demand' and 'transition' are antecedents, the ability to merge would show the behavior as one antecedent instead of both.
