  1. Employee Timezones

    When you start an organization, the timezone for all employees is automatically set to EST, even if the organization is set to a different timezone. It would be great if users defaulted to the timezone set for the organization or if you could change the timezone globally for all users instead of changing each one manually.

  2. Add reason for cancelling scheduled session

    User suggested is would be nice to record a reason why a scheduled session was cancelled. For example: session cancelled because employee was sick, late, etc.

  3. See "In Progress" data collection sessions of other users (direct reports)

    My organization reviews data collection session data before making it available to the performer. We would like the ability to see any "In Progress" data collection sessions of our direct reports.

  4. Tally counter option in forms

    I'd love to able to add a tally counter without having to designate the field as open text. This is helpful when measuring engagement by counting how many trials were presented in a given period of time. Thanks.

  11. Pay-for-performance

    1. We should create an option in Pinnacle to provide goal setting, pay for performance for things that are in Catalyst like the number of trials you conducted per hour, quality of ABC data, IOA level, etc.

    2. This could be a small frequent pay increase, a virtual badge, and a description of the level or % change from last data point and should provide this feedback immediately in a pop-up or an email notice with copy to supervisor.

  12. Share a group of Forms (as opposed to just one Form at a time)

    I would like to share a group of Forms so that the users I share the group of Forms with understand that these Forms 'belong' together.

  13. Automatic IOA Calculation

    It would be nice to have this feature for integrity checks! Maybe a whole IOA data collection option for supervisors or other staff to run, that way it won't interfere with actual session data.
