Draft SOAP notes available on all devicees
It would be helpful to be able to sync "in-draft" SOAP notes across multiple devices. This would be helpful when there is no internet or one device needs to be charged.

pop up notification upon logging into specific student's profile on app
Upon logging into the app and opening a student's profile, a pop up notification would appear on the homescreen that was programmed from the online portal by any administrator or user. These pop ups would be short reminders, under 40 characters simply to prompt anyone logging in for that particular student to do something. It would especially be helpful for parents that use the app for simple things like, "New Note posted", or, "Remember to include Antecedents/Consequences for Aggression data".

not to reset the date range.
I put in a date range of notes I need to edit and review and after each note the date range resets to the current day. taking hours to review a set a notes.

Ability to Attach Documents to SOAP Notes
Medicaid clients, they require work samples to be attached to all billing notes, which would not include the raw data output from Catalyst, but actually scanned documents. This is something other systems are able to do, so it would be great for Catalyst to have this option as well!

Create the option to make a copy of forms in the form builder section, without the need to recreate each form.

Search by type of note
When multiple SOAP note templates are available, offer the ability to search for all of a specific type of note. (Especially helpful when going back to search for previous parent training notes to identify previous skills taught to parents.

Add option to require staff to confirm they have read the supervision notes.
I would like to be able to require my staff to confirm they have read the notes I’ve left for them. So the not left by a supervisor can be highlighted and say please read or something to that effect. Then the check a box and save and it’s time stamped when they read it.

New note interface
quick comment about the new notes positioning within the app. I see why developers wanted the easy swipe away display, however, it's really easy to accidentally swipe away the note as you write, in which case, you lose all the new content. I have done it several times, and it's frustrating because your wrist may accidentally touch when typing. not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but it sure is frustrating

'Zero out behaviors' linked to auto-populated behavior data in SOAP
Update the auto-populated behaviors in SOAP notes so that if the 'zero out behaviors' option is marked 'yes' in the Settings tab, any behavior with zero recorded instances that day is also included in the auto-populated behaviors in the SOAP.

When multiple SOAP notes templates are used, it would be helpful to select what students have access to which templates to make it easier for staff to select the correct one.

Appendix for SOAP
the SOAP should be able to have an amendment section in which the analyst is able to correct or make a comments about the note of the rbt. Sometime RBT notes are not completely accurate.

Make inclusion of skills and behavior data optional
The SOAP note can have data attached by default, but it should optional, both the skills data and the behavior data. thanks. Sometimes the skills data are not complete/inaccurate because logistic/practical reasons. The progress note is a legal document.

Option in Portal to adjust how long SOAP notes should be displayed permanently in app
*From Portal, staff would be able to determine how long SOAP notes should continue to be displayed in app. This would allow new staff to review previously created notes that remain pertinent to program implementation.1 vote
