Option to specify SOAP notes to remain in app
Option in Portal to assign which SOAP notes should be displayed permanently in app
*From Portal, staff would be able to determine which SOAP notes should continue to be displayed in app. This would allow new staff to review previously created notes that remain pertinent to program implementation.1 vote -
Review/Lock SOAP Notes for Editing
It would be helpful if there was a way to lock down the ability for a user to "edit" a SOAP note. There could possibly be built in controls for this or perhaps a supervisor can select a "review" button that would prevent a user from editing a SOAP note after it was reviewed.

SOAP Notes pull all data from that day
If a child has 2-3 therapists across an 8 hour day, there should be an option to pull data from all sessions within that day for 1 SOAP note rather than 2-3 notes.

Enter Notes in Different Languages
If soap notes are entered by a therapist whose primary language is Spanish and whose client speaks primarily Spanish and is having trouble converting her notes to English, there should be a way to allow her to do her notes in Spanish or any language and for catalyst to convert the text to English for the other therapists and BCBA's to be able to view.

If we can incorporate the use of stylus in our notes will save the time for staff who are not good with keyboards.

SOAP Note Time Checking
A child is in therapy from 9-2 and has a SOAP Note for every tech that worked with the child. The end time of each note should line up with the start time of following note. Catalyst should be able to create a system to send alerts when there is a gap in time between notes.
Ex: ALERT- Missing SOAP Note time 10:45-11:30. or Overlapping notes from 1:00-1:30This would save someone from having to do the monotonous work of making sure all of the times line up.

Set a minimum character count for "notes" in SOAP Note responses
Narrative is required, however, I noticed it getting shorter across the therapists.. would be helpful if we can set minimum number of characters (75) as a requirement.

"Save as draft" button for SOAP notes for TABLET view
It would be nice to be able to save a note as a draft when using the app on my tablet. I don't always have time finish my full note before my next session. I would like to be able to save it as a draft and come back it later. I do see the option on the app when using my mobile but not when I am using my tablet.

SOAP Notes with data
Currently when the soap note is downloaded it shows the data that was recorded during that session by the user who created the soap note. I would like to see the data that was recorded for the session when the supervisor completes the soap note that the behavior tech recorded the data on.

Delete Drafts
Would like to be able to delete drafts in both soap notes and notes tab notes that are no longer needed. May have created by accident or had to save draft because save button didn't appear to work, but you can later see that it did work and saved (therefore, you no longer need the draft).

Have the page not reset each time I correct or add a note
When I add a note, make a correction, check for accuracy in notes, etc. it resets the page back to the first date and defaults back to the 10 notes per page. It sounds simple, but it's ONE MORE step to have to page through and find the dates each note.

Parent signature should be the signature seen by timesheets.
Instead of therapist signature, we should have the option to see parent signature in timesheets.

Tab through SOAP Notes
After the new updates the first week of November 2019, Catalyst removed the keystroke option of pressing tab to move through the sections of the note as you are typing. Each time you now press tab, it re-opens the calendar drop down at the top and requires you to click on each section of the note before typing. It would be helpful to bring back the keystroke to move through the form quickly.

The ability for BCBA to respond to notes directly on the note and it should be viewed like a thread in an email.

Auto-populate top performing targets and behavior data
Add the option in SOAP notes for the highest performing targets and any behavior data collected during the session to automatically populate in the note.

Customizable data for SOAP note
It would be nice to have the ability to create additional fields that I can customize and then possibly have repeated across targets. For things that will help give more information about a particular target upon a quick overview so I can be more prepared when going into tech supervision what to have a possible heads up about. I am looking to have the fields to be filled out per targets that were taught in session.
