It would be great if RBTs could read the notes put in by other RBTs when adding anecdotal data or notes into a program

Allergy and Diagnosis Information added to a note header
I would like the diagnosis information and allergy information to be added to a header of a form builder note or a SOAP note so that it appears on all notes, which is a requirement by several insurance companies.

Allow for therapist to be changed within SOAP note if entering on portal
If data is collected by paper and entered in the portal instead of using the mobile app, it would be helpful if the user entering the data could select a different therapist as the person who rendered the session, rather than automatically placing the user entering the data as the therapist. This way a supervisor can enter the data and complete the note on behalf of the therapist if a paper data sheet is used.

Parent consultation note tab
Add a parent consultation tab that allows for a PC note similar to the SOAP note but has information like skills targeted, topics discussed, IOA and ABC data.

Due to the time it takes to download new soap notes, it would be helpful to archive the old soap notes.

Option to remove ability to see "All Notes" by others on SOAP Note tab
While viewing all of the SOAP Notes taken for a learner in the last 7 days is a possibility on the app right now, some users would like the ability to toggle that ability 'off', in other words, making the SOAP Notes by the specific logged in user to be the ones that show up in the app.

Big text boxes for SOAP note on Kindle
On our kindles, the Techs and BCBAs see GIANT text boxes when they input their information. Their names, for example, don't need 75 lines of text to complete this input section. I'm told this is a functionality issue I need to request here but it seems just like a quick coding issue to avoid our staff having to scroll down a great amount. We created our own SOAP note and are using Kindle Fire 7s, if that helps and makes this a tech issue, not a "vote for my idea" issue.
