SOAP Note/Timesheet entry to work hand in hand
Up until now whenever therapists had to edit their SOAP Note the edit was automatically updated in the Timesheet section as well. Since the new release though whenever edits are made to the SOAP Note whether via APP or Portal the Timesheet isn't updated. We use the timesheet for Payroll and billing purposes and there are discrepancies between the SOAP Notes and Timesheets which is a serious issue for us.

Total Session Duration on SOAP Notes
The Timesheet Report automatically generates the Total session Duration. We need that on the SOAP Note as well for billing and payroll purposes.

Require SOAP note entries within 24 period
Many insurers require notes to be put in within 24 hours from services being provided. Unfortunately some providers do not follow this mandate. It would be great if Catalyst (like other EHR systems have) provide the capability of not allowing SOAP note entries after a 24 hour window from date and time they are being entered.

allow for manual entry of start/end time for sessions instead of the rollers. These lead to errors.

Auto-populate more client specific information
There is a lot of information on SOAP notes specific to a client that isn't auto-populated. Right now we are having to make a different note for each client. Things that would be important are insurance company, member ID and number of units.

Allow us to designate what SOAP note template is connected to each staff member
Staff currently have the ability to choose between different templates, this is causing errors by staff. I would like staff to be linked to a specific template and them not having the ability to choose.
Just how we are able to link clients specifically to a staff member.

Complete SOAP Note Reminder Pop Up
Create a Pop Up Window for SOAP Notes that are not complete or allow technician to tag a note as a reminder to come back and complete it.

Syncing Notes from portal to app and app to portal
Allowing users to start a soap note on the app and save as draft to be edited on the portal...and allowing users to start a note on the portal and save as draft to be edited on the app

Read only checkbox for SOAP notes so parents can be granted access without the capability to edit SOAP notes. We are legally obligated to provide parents with access to SOAP notes so why isn't there a read only option - all allow editing to some extent of SOAP notes.

Import Client Data into a Supervision Note
We would like to be able to somehow import the clients data or graphs into our supervision notes. Per our county policies, we have to show the clients data per program/target, but the only way we can do that now is to download the data and create a note in word and send it in, but if we could just import the data into a supervision soap note in catalyst, that would be AMAZING!!!!

Allow for Navigation between notes
It would be nice to able to go through all the notes without having to back in and out of notes. This can be fixed by having an arrow button in the note section that allows you to navigate through the notes.

Having a footer option for downloaded soap notes
When you download soap notes you can have the option to add a footer that has the clients identifying information as this is a insurance requirement that they are on every page of any material presented and soap notes are typically more than 1 page

Removing pop up
When clicking a client, remove the SOAP note pop up since it is for a different client. Or allowing this to be an option to be removed.

Showing client name on SOAP notes
Show client name on the top of the SOAP note so it is confirmed what client it is for.

An option to change the scroll for choosing session time from 1-60 to "00, 15, 30, and 45?"
Small thing when doing SOAP notes going to billing dealing with insurance. This can make an error less likely to occur with billing.

Military Time for Tricare SOAP Notes
Tricare is requiring claims be submitted using Military time, and Accupoint is going to implement this. It would be ideal if our SOAP notes from Catalyst matched the Military Times as well. In the event a facility has to complete records requests or an audit for Tricare, it would be extremely beneficial to have these times match up exactly between Catalyst and Accupoint.

It would be great if the daily notes (not the soap notes) could be edited and added to by any of the techs that work that client. For example, an ongoing reinforcer list for the client or Hi-P behaviors could be added daily regardless of who created the note initially.

Note Alert Option
It would be great to be able to write a note with a program update and have it alert the RBT's to read it within the app.
