Automatic
Allow for SOAP note drafts to be automatically saved. This feature could be similar to how email drafts are automatically saved. This was providers do not run the risk of losing their work.

Bring in goals/targets into forms
Allow for the names of open goals or targets to be sent to forms and SOAP notes so that provider can report progress on the goal/targets.

Document note scroll down in App
We use a note in Documents tab to communication changes in programming and other important information. The app does not scroll down to previous information. Therapists can only read what is available in the pane. Please make this scroll-able.

A setting requiring User to Open/Read a posted Note before beginning session
Allowing administrators to add a setting when posting a note under a client's profile that requires a user to open and read before starting a session and running treatment programs. This would ensure important communication across user's are communicated and received before working with a client. i.e. - program changes, client notable events, schedule changes, etc.

A report that allows you to see any notes still in a draft status
A report that can be run for specific students or users to determine if there are any SOAP notes that are still in a "DRAFT" status.

Please add more space to scroll to the left and right of the Soap Note in the app. Currently you have to scroll in the fields itself.
Please add more space to scroll to the left and right of the Soap Note in the app. Currently when scrolling up and down you have to do so in the fields and then one accidentally changes a checkbox or draws a line over the signature box while scrolling.

Allow bi-directional syncing between Catalyst and NPA.
Currently, session times and signatures are captured in NPAGo and session notes are written in Catalyst with the note syncing back to NPAGo. It would be a lot easier for notes to sync in both directions, allowing the staff to write the note in NPAGo and having it sync to Catalyst. This way, the staff only needs to interact with one software and there is less chance of time errors that prevent syncing between the platforms

Request SOAP note only when exiting student folder
Would you please return the request to write a SOAP note for after you exit the student instead of it popping up when you are switching between trials / maintenance / baseline? It is really inconvenient to go through the SOAP note question in the middle of a session

Users want SOAP Note Reminder Popup Appearing Current Student vs 1st Student in List
In the past before the app was updated the popup occurred for the student the user was in, now the popup occurs for the 1st student in the student selection list. Users would like the popup to occur in the current student they are in.

Split a therapy note between two therapist
We currently have four hour session and want to split these with two different therapist. Right now they each have to write a note and get it signed. If they could both be on the same therapy note and only have to get one signature from parent, that would be great.

Signature and Statement to appear AFTER data Report
It would be helpful to have the signature and signature statement appear after the data reported on a SOAP note. The signature statement currently appears prior to the data (when the SOAP note is downloaded as a PDF). This makes it appear as though the data was note conducted by or validated by the therapist signing the note.

Allow sites within Catalyst account to display a specific sub-set of SOAP note templates
Due to vastly different note requirements by funding source that are state specific, for companies operating in multiple states across the country, there needs to be a way to only show the relevant SOAP note templates to each region (site) rather than a long list of every template available.

Automated SOAP notes based on session
Catalyst would automatically pull in information based on the data and insert it into the SOAP note (for each user). The notes would automatically include targets that the student performed well on and ones that they did not. It would also summarize behavior data that was taken during the session.

Pop-up for Missing Fields in SOAP Notes
Many times, our staff will save a SOAP Note as a draft because one of the required fields in the template is missing information. Rather than having the user scroll through a long template to find the missing section highlighted in red, it would be great if there could be a pop-up when submitting a SOAP Note with missing fields to describe which fields are missing information. For example: The user did not enter a start time for their session. The pop up could say: "Please enter a Start Time before submitting." This would reduce the number of drafts that…

Generate Duration of the Session
Many insurance companies require the duration (or billed units) to be listed on the SOAP note. Since the timesheet already calculates the duration can this be autopopulated to the SOAP note?
