Pin Last SOAP Note
I would like to propose that the most recent SOAP note be pinned to the screen; this way if a client takes a break from session, the therapist will still be able to reference information from their last session upon return.

Tie the Client's insurance Id number to their notes and data reports
Several insurance companies are requiring the client's insurance ID number to be listed on all documents including notes. Please create a way for the id number to be included in the client information and automatically tied to each client specific soap note.

Notification when a note is submitted
It would be great if when a note is submitted it was sent to an email as a notification. It is too challenging for a BCBA to go through every child's note section everyday looking to see if a therapist wrote a note. A notification sent to an email would be so helpful!

Soap Note time out
It would be nice if SOAP notes didn't time out when individuals were typing making us lose the SOAP note due to inactivity. If the App could count typing as active work in the SOAP note this would decrease notes lost due to time out.

SOAP Notes
Be able to delete Location and Notes sections and instead create our own. We do not want GPS Location to be recorded for the location. Instead, we only want Location to be as a drop down box. There is no way to delete the Notes and Location that are pre-made.

not to reset the date range.
I put in a date range of notes I need to edit and review and after each note the date range resets to the current day. taking hours to review a set a notes.

Target Notes available to SOAP Note
On the bottom of the SOAP note where you can see the targets a therapist did in the session, also include any notes the therapist wrote about that target for a quick review about performance.

Scrolling in SOAP notes
It would be helpful if we could scroll in the margins of the SOAP note instead of in the body of the note, especially when trying to scroll past signature boxes.

Target Notes
I would like for there to be a report to see each therapist's notes for a target within a program. Clicking to read notes for each target is cumbersome and not efficient.

Verify Patient
Hi- We have many staff members with access to a roster of patients and occasionally; the wrong patient name is pulled and thus a soap note can be created by accident under the wrong client profile. There should be a way to see and VERIFY client information ie - AGE in bold letters when a client is selected so that a sub for example would quickly realize that the person they working with is 3 years old; when in fact it states on the screen large print; the client should be 13 years of age.
