Bulleted list and ability to start new paragraph
I need to be able to organize my thoughts and summaries in my notes via bulleted lists or at least separating the text into multiple lines/paragraphs. It appears I type on the next line, but when I go back to review the note, it is one big run-on sentence and looks so messy, I cannot easily look back on my notes and find anything. It would be great to have the text boxes be longer based on how many characters you request the box to hold.

Note template
Admin should be able to have a preset note that automatically populates for staff to edit for the specific client/consumer. For example "free text" there is a box where we can add text that autofills for BT/ BCBA/ case managers to edit to reduce response effort

Back End to iPad
I like to type my notes on the backend on my computer versus on the iPad. It would be fantastic to be able to save the notes in draft format on the backend and have them show up on my iPad as a draft so my signature can be placed on the note rather than a typed electronic signature versus having to start the note on the iPad and sign and save as a draft on the iPad and then open it up on my computer to type the note on an actual keyboard.

Auto-fill rendering provider section based off the client's catalyst profile.
Rendering provider should be auto-filled based off the client's profile. RBTs often ask who the RP is since it can vary greatly, and this could make it a lot easier.

Feature that allows supervisors to sign soap notes within the app
Feature that allows supervisors to sign soap notes within the app; would be even better if it had one click or signing initials on SOAP Notes so we don't have to always go into the desktop version to sign each individual note.

Create an option to pull a spreadsheet for all missing SOAP notes across all consumers
To use the reporting feature to pull all missing SOAP notes across all consumers and not have to go consumer by consumer.

Total Session Duration on SOAP Notes
The Timesheet Report automatically generates the Total session Duration. We need that on the SOAP Note as well for billing and payroll purposes.

SOAP -Supervisor Notes
We created a separate supervisor SOAP note for clinicians to use during their supervision time with the RBT and client. However the note is now viewable by all the RBT's on the client's case.
We would like to have the option to make each created template for SOAP notes either viewable or unviewable to the RBTs. It would also be helpful to be able to 'tag' the RBT to a note, so that they can see that specific note we create while overlapping them.

View Code of session in SOAP note overview
View the Code of the session in the SOAP Note overview in Catalyst Web Portal without having to enter into the session note. So admin can see in the pool the type of session (97153, 97155, 97156, 97151, 97152..)

PUBLISH on app does NOT SAVE
PUBLISH on app doesn't do so. DRAFT SAVE does save with a message it did.
PUBLISH shows no confirmation AND it does not save anyway, so the computer sys does not show it. NEEDS to be fixed for all app parts not just NOTES1 vote -
SOAP Notes
I have been requiring RBTs to use the SOAP notes feature of Catalyst for sessions notes.. I was explaining that our notes should NOT be subjective. Furthermore, RBTs do NOT assess nor do they plan. That is the BCBAs role. It dawned on me that the label SOAP notes is not really appropriate for ABA. Could the heading be changed to "Session Notes"? A history of the term "SOAP NOTES" can be found here:

Modify Default fields in SOAP note template
We would like to be able to modify the default fields in the SOAP note template. For example, I would like to be able to edit the title of the notes field to be more aligned with insurance requirements. Simply "Notes" is too vague.

Bulk parent signatures for SOAP notes
Having an option for parents to bulk sign SOAP notes. This applies to sessions that are held via telehealth and the staff are not in the home to obtain a parent signature that same day. Parents can bulk sign if they sign into Catalyst or the next time the staff are in the home to bulk sign any SOAP notes that are missing parent signatures.
