Automatically Goal Generated Progress Notes
Create a progress note template that would automatically generate all of the goals entered into catalyst with a comment section next to it. This would allow a BCBA to go through each goal area and leave progress note comments for the team as well as suggestions for growth.

allow us to edit "student name" ourselves. I recently discovered a student's name was wrong and I could not edit it myself.
Since the portal would not let me edit a student's name (correct spelling) myself, I had to outreach support to correct it. They were great at responding, but it took too much time which delayed my reports. It only makes sense we have the ability to edit the student's name since we can edit everything else...

Allow One Free Sample Student Account per site for training purposes
This would be super helpful for training staff on Catalyst without having to mess up any real kiddos' data.

Report for User Activity within the Portal
I would like to be able to run a report that shows what my administrators have done in the portal for the day. I would mainly like to see what targets they built/mastered/opened without having to go target by target and kid by kid.

Edit Behavior Reduction Raw Data
Currently when a SOAP note's timestamp indicated 2:00 - 4:00 and a therapists stops a behavior reduction timer at 4:02, the behavior data does not pull into the SOAP note. I would like a feature where I can manually change the end time of the raw data in the behavior reduction tab (while in the Portal or App which ever is easier) so that it can later be pulled into the corresponding SOAP note.

Supervisor Signature + Approval Option for SOAP Notes
Having an option to have required supervisor approval + signature on soap notes for a security group. This will be helpful especially for insurance audit purposes.

Total trial count per session per therapist
Due to some companies requiring minimum trial count, it would help to be able to see the whole trial count for each session, to ensure minimum count is being accomplished.

Remove non-editable fields from SOAP notes
I do not like that you can't create a SOAP note template without the "notes" field. I put in fields that are more relevant and this field is not needed and being left blank. Just found out from funding source leaving any field blank can be cause for recoup of payment for session.

Frequency of Catalst updates
Reduce the number of updates per year. Last year we had 14 updates and this year as of Sep 2020 we have 9 updates.

When auditing notes that are older, being able to scroll back only once, going back to last note instead of back to the most current date.
When auditing a date range of notes, it would be nice to be able to scroll to the date needed, look at that note, then when done it goes to the date in chronological order opposed to going back to the most current date. It is tedious and time consuming to have to "load more' each time.

Publish list of known issues/bugs that are being worked on
Publish a link to an ongoing list of bugs/known issues on the main login page with notes about workarounds. This would save time in allowing clinicians to avoid completing tasks that are only going to result in an error/loss of data.

Raw data for "time of day" in behavior reduction
Although one is able to view the times of day in the graphs contingent on the times behavior was recorded, we cannot see this in raw data form. This is particularly hard to read when combining behavior reduction targets to view, for example, to get a baseline measure for IRT. If we had this feature, it would be easier to read than trying to decipher multiple times when data points for a variety of behaviors are being compared to one another.
